I placed an order through the system at 7:30, my tracker indicated that the pizza had been delivered at 8:20. I called the store several times and there was no answer.My husband and I waited til 9pm, for a call or delivery and nothing was done. We drove to the store to clear up the misunderstanding and at this point for the order to be canceled.In fact my husband requested to speak to the manager to make a formal complaint on the lack of customer service we received throughout this process. It was so frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone thinking that our pizza had been delivered elsewhere.We would’ve understood if they would’ve told us the actual time of delivery was not accurate but instead they proceeded to call the driver and made sure the pizza were not delivered since we were canceling! It was very unprofessional and they showed no care for the customer at all. The manager never came out because he/ she was too busy in the back and instead a young lady proceeded to tell my husband that they were short on staff and that deliveries were taking 2-3 hours! Had we known this from the start and there was actual communication with us either in a text, call or in the system, we would’ve understood and picked up the pizza ourselves, we ended coming all the way over anyway!This store is incompetent, and very unprofessional. Please train your staff correctly and make sure you have the right staff communicating with the customers. We wouldn’t have been upset, have we knows the issues.
“Quality checked” for an hour. Arrived warmish at best. Was offered “60 points”. Never. Again. So much better food for cheap in socal.

I tried order pizza online about 40 mts and its almost impossible well after that i go inside and pay 30 dollars extra
Not going to order Domino's anymore sadly very low toppings for large pizzas we asked for extra pepperoni as a second topping and the results were nonsense compared to our friends regular pepperoni pizza. I'm done ordering 4rm dominos.
Order online give instructions I want no cut coz they use a same cutter for vegetarians pizza and non vegetarian so I want no cut I did always that and buy always no cut this time they cut and I already paid I told them No cut its not my fault but manager didn’t do anything no good service at all don’t care about customers , paid for 2 pizzas but didn’t get any and one start too much for them
No! but NOT one can beat Domino's pizza for the prize, and taste like pizza.

Still waiting for 3 items for 80min and manager told me to wait another 20min if I could I will rate 0 star, app told me to wait 43 min for delivery have to wait double worst dominos place and it's on Warner Ave, CA, USA 92704
Usually our order is delicious! This time very disappointed!!! We always ask for extra sauce and we have always gotten it. Delicious! This time asked for extra sauce. This time we barely got any sauce. Pizza was very disappointing!!
