This is a great del taco location. These guys hook it up on extra ? fries for my ? dog, DEL YEAH ! their new app got me a gang of cushy discounts, AND two free "The Del Tacos" ? JUST FOR DOWNLOADING the App! Awesome! And this particular location DOES take EBT and they even do it through the drive thru ?????️??♀️ Lol ?And did I mention this Location loads up their portions? Yuppers !!.... No Del Meager here!Hope you guys find the same enjoyment I do out this place.... And my ? Dog ....and my girlfriend... They Love ? Del tooDel Yeauh, Brotha Trucka! ? ? Bahahaha
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and food. My fish tacos tasted like soap or some kind of cleaning product. The person at the window was more interested in talking gossip than prioritizing my order. Bad customer service at 11:50 AM 4/12/22. Didn't get the names of the employees, but stay away from this Del Taco at this time as they have horrible employees who hate there jobs.
With this milkshake machine always being outta service y'all must lose quite a bit of money and service .. and it been this way for how long...? Then when it is working , we can only order reg or large.. we should be able to order what ever we'd like, I'm sorry if you've just washed the machine but that is ur job, and the company shouldnt have to lose a order and money due to a lazy employee. Also there have been times when I've waited 5 min for someone to finally answer and times when no one answered only a couple times that has happened but it was during business hours but between 1-4. It is so rare to find good customer service these days and correct me if I'm wrong but if you can't compete my order or there are things I'd like to order that are on the menu like milkshake or anything that maybe wasnt ready at the time then that employee should do his or hers best to accommodate/ satisfy that customer. Most of the time they just say the machine is down n that's it they should offer a sm fountain drink or maybe a donut or even a free 79 cent taco for the inconvenience it's not much but it goes along way ... RETRAIN YOUR MANAGERS TEACH RESPECT POLITENESS MANORS AND BRING BACK "THE CUSTOMER'S ALWAYS RIGHT!!"
I had been going to this location on a regular basis but had not been recently in about 3 months.I ordered two burgers through the drive-thru. And they were definitely the two worst del Taco burgers I've ever experienced.I can only describe the taste of the first one as if it were cooked on the grill that had not been cleaned in a long time. It was gritty and tasted of old grease. Combine that with a bun that tasted on the burn side and the meat which seemed like it had been recooked.Unfortunately, I was already back on the freeway on my way to work and it would have been a major hassle to turn around and go back at that point.The second burger was only slightly better, but still well below expectations. But still something you might expect to find at a convenience store or the food was cooked in the morning and left sitting under heat lamp all day long.Think I'm done with this location, too many other food options available that are more consistent.
First time I actually got a good amount of avacodo in my Epic Beyond Fresh Guacamole Burrito. Ironic ain’t it. The other locations hardly put any.
Hats off to the cook but the cashier who doesn’t give your change then will argue with you the next customer might not be so nice
Amazing food and easy to order items from their menu. The staff was really good at getting my food to me in the required time frame.
I am so disappointed.Every night I get the same order ( stake and potatoes borito with no bacon and $1 strawberry lemonade) around 11:45 and it cost me $10,31.Today I checked my bank account and saw that they charged me $19.50.I am done with that place.
The new girl in the front is super nice and the lady that works the graveyard shift BY HERSELF is awesome. And they always accept ebt through the drive thru. 100!
The cashier was very helpful+ she was running around helping out while she was taking orders walkins & drive through at the same time very fun towatch work anyway.....
