The place is amazing. The food was great we got the noodles and calamari. But the seafood bucket wasn't all it. It's to much butter. I threw it all up after. The seafood is good but the sauce is just to heavy on the stomach.I would highly recommend kickenCrab Los Angeles or Crabhut @San Diego.
We ate at the Crab Station, Santa Ana location yesterday after finding them on Instagram. We were had a busy day, hadn’t eaten all day and were so excited to try this place. We spent almost $400 at this restaurant and ate with my family. No biggie, we spend a lot on eating out and enjoy it. Everyone who ate the king crab ended up sick with what felt like food poising. Everyone else felt fine, it was only my husband, myself, my 12 year old son and my 9 year old daughter who got sick from the food.I tried emailing to make a complaint, their email address on their site is invalid, I tried sending a message on IG, no response yet so today, I called the restaurant and was told by a girl who was working there that the Owner said they need hospital records and police reports filed if this is true because anyone can call in and say they’re sick but it doesn’t mean it’s true and was insinuating that we are lying because no one else has ever complained before.I couldn’t believe it. Having run 2 successful family restaurants myself, I’ve never heard of such horrible customer service and lack of concern, ever. Not one apology, nothing!It’s no wonder the place was empty on a Saturday night. I thought that was odd as soon as I walked in as most places that are good, usually have some customers but I figured we would give it a try anyway. Huge mistake and the food was honestly just okay compared to others we have tried before. By the time we left there were only 2 other customers in there. Lesson learned! I do not recommend this place!I wouldn’t have even come here to write this review had they at least had some kind of sympathy or concern instead of immediately accusing us of being dishonest about this. We have no reason to be dishonest. In fact, I’ve NEVER had to write a bad review about anyone before! Extremely disappointed in this place and this owner!
I LOVE this place! If you’re into seafood, this is the spot for you! And if you’re allergic, not to worry, they also serve pasta, chicken and other delicious options. CrabStation is suitable for big groups, parties, events (social or corporate), etc. Their cajun sauce is to die for! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. What makes it even better is that they serve beer!!! ??????
Visiting from NY and this place a must-go. The location is perfect as it's close to a lot of other places I wanted to visit. Their seafood is amazingly fresh. Their sauce is so flavorful *chef kiss*. Check out their mural in the back and it's a good backdrop for all Instagram pics. All staff are friendly and treats you like family.Honestly, as a person who's allergic to seafood, it's definitely worth it for a few days of rashes.

Honestly, the best seafood broil I have ever had, don’t take that lightly.. Spices were on point, food was cooked to the perfect temp and sides were amazing. Went when it was happy hour and appetizers were 50% off, the Cajun fried shrimp did not disappoint. Crab legs were great size, quality and quantity. Funky corn had the perfect kick to it. The clams that came with the Crab legs were nothing short of delicious!! I truly was not disappointed with anything. Such a great vibe. Thanks Crab Station, you will definitely be a staple in our California vacation!

Love the juicy crawfish and King ?..all the staffs are very friendly. Ate at the Santa Ana store and get to meet the friendly owner..Will come back again. Highly recommended.
