Called ahead said it was a 5-10 minute wait for my food been sitting inside the restaurant for 20 minutes . Ridiculous never come here or order this place smells bad and tables are full of leftover food horrible service over all
I very rarely leave reviews and I understand working in customer service can be a real pain sometimes. I've worked in the food industry so know how it goes. But when a customer has to wait 30 mins for food it gets ridiculous. The place looked very busy with online orders, but there was zero priority for people ordering food at the counter. After 20 mins of waiting, I asked and all I got was "they are working on it." No apology or anything. And I wasn't the only one waiting, there must have been 4 or 5 people patiently waiting for their food. This place needs some serious help
We had being here for years, I don't know why got this terrible service lately, dirty tables, empty and burned Panini's. We are not comming any more after today.

The girls who work weekends are not professional at all and need to be trained to do their job. This is a high end area with low end service. Staff was very lazy to pick up others plates the whole restaurant looked a mess every table was full of dishes that needed to picked up that left nobody to sit. When I was getting my soup the girl laughed at me and told me they had no more if I wanted another … I didn’t appreciate her manner and forgetting one of my orders. When I told her she was missing my coffee she made it incorrectly it tasted like pure milk. Yuck. Please do better. The quality of everything here is not worth it
I ordered the Anaheim scramble recently through the app, picked up my order, and went straight home.When I got home, to my surprise the order was missing the toast and potatoes it comes with but I did get a fruit cup.I called very dissatisfied with my order and spoke to the manager. He let me know that because I received the fruit cup, it substituted my potatoes but that I should have received the toast.I was very upset and preferred the refund and the manager handed the situation very gracefully and was extremely respectful. They refunded me my order right away.I didn’t get the managers name but he is doing a great job and I look forward to returning to corner bakery soon based on how he handlers the situation.
The fact that nobody answers the phone after 30 mins after giving the uber driver the wrong food…..I understand it’s also the Ubers drivers fault but an answer of what we could do would be nice!!! ???
The girl at the counter ignored us a good 3 minutes before someone else had to say "1 min plz" the chicken panini was dry with not a whole lot of chicken in it. Overall disappointing experience. The Tustin one has much better staff and food. (BTW... it's our 5th time here and it's been a similar experience, though this was the visit that made sure I would never return)
I use to enjoy Corner Bakery pre-Covid. Unfortunately, our visit today was not enjoyable. My panini was dry and only a tiny bit of cheddar cheese was added to it, the coffee was cold, and the customer service was horrible. Sadly, our experience was nothing compared to pre-Covid. I've worked in customer service for 25 years..there is no justification for the employees rudeness.I'm not a complainer because I know how customers can be like..sorry but I will go to this restaurant again and be made to feel like I'm an annoyance walking up to the counter.l
