Re: very rude serverLocation: Bristol St. Costa Mesa, CaI was starving and tired expecting a lovely evening at Chipotle, and there's only one customer being served in front of me and later 2 came in.I was served by a polite and kind lady. I asked to add vegies and pointed the salsa I want. Another server next to my server was moving fast and helped scoop vegies and slammed it to the bowl and tried to hurry me, asking me like "make it fast" and to say red or green salsa instead of pointing at it , it makes slower, customers are waiting (am I not a customer, I waited long also), she repeated twice because i didn't pay attention at first, I didn't know she's talking to me. I felt attacked, disrespected, and like an unwanted customer.Regarding the food served, we always love Chipotle, only I noticed they served less everytime!
The employees suck at communicating. I ordered 30 min ahead of time and my order still wasn’t ready. Then to make it worse they got my order wrong. I just lost my lunch break due to their mistake. Do better!
Last week, I went to buy some tacos 20 minutes before they close. I got so disappointed, because they put so little meat on my tacos. The cashier was so unfriendly and in a bad mood. I understand that they want to go home. But I wasn't there 2 minutes before closing. It was 20 minutes before closing, and it's their job to take people food orders. If they don't want to work, just don't work, and let other people do that job. I got so upset. I won't go back to that chipotle again.
Waited 30 minutes for my online order. I asked a manager to help me and was told to wait. My order was already 15 minutes late when I arrived.
The rice here is always bland. They either dont care or dont teach right. Gettin tired of orderin from this location. And it sucks cause i really like chipotle.
Usually I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I agree with so many people here, the staff is very rude, gives you attitude even when you ask for something.

I love chipotle but this location is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The staff are very rude and the quality of the food is not good at all. There are other restaurants in the this area and I 100% recommend that you avoid this location.

Employees that day looked like they dreaded life and it showed. Not a good experience. 7pm and they were out of so much. Will be avoiding this location.
