waffles fries with chick-fil-A sauce
Every fry I've ordered from this location have been half-full. Maybe it's related to their "supply-chain issues" but I dont want to spend $3-4 on a product that isn't as full as its packaging suggests. Otherwise I'd give 4 stars.Edit: Instructions are never followed, why ask for instructions. This location has an apathy for their customers that most others don't. I originally only rated so highly because it's chick FIL a, but this franchise is... Lesser.
I love this Chick-fil-A. The waffle fries are the best ever. The team at BMac are amazing and the owner is the best. Keep growing BMac CFA.

My only complaint would be they're getting kinda stingy with the fries here. Otherwise a good location to eat when it's not busy.
I was picking up a doordash order And was told I had to go through the drive-through to pick it up. I was told the lobby was closed And I would have to go through the Drive-through. There was a very long line at the drive-through which made my pick up late and I delivered my food to my customer late. The messed up thing is that I saw another doordash driver pick up his order at the lobby door Before I got there. I was late for my delivery and now I have a bad rating and am at risk of the activation
My friend and I were in the area to run the OC Half Marathon. We came here for our pre-race dinner. I placed my order on the mobile app while my friend got in line to place his order. I got my food first and the employee that I interacted with was nice and pleasant. I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with Colby jack cheese, Greek yogurt parfait, chicken noodle soup, and a Sunjoy. Everything tasted great and I noticed that my sandwich came with some free bonus bacon. I don't eat pork much these days, but man bacon sure is tasty!
This location gets EXTREMELY BUSY during peak hours. On top of that, the whole ordering and picking up is also VERY inefficient. It's actually the worst I have ever been to. Used to have a shelve where you can pick up your order, they took that out, I get that it's to prevent theft, but the management seems to have trouble keeping up with the demands. Most workers there typically ignore you even when it's not busy, so good luck ordering here. This is a business that makes millions or billions in revenues, and yet has trouble figuring out how to cope with the demands and ordering experience, not even just put out a simple pickup table that costs literally a few bucks, and have someone dedicated to check for pickup if they are so concerned about thefts. Always a huge line of people simply waiting just to flag down a worker. I am speechless.
I made a lunch order via mobile app. The service was great and very fast. The food was awesome as always!
