Poor customer at the drive thru, and using foul language amongst the employees in Spanish perceiving that they wouldn't be understood.This is Southern California.... Everybody speaks Spanish. I will never return here
It is Saturday 4/9/22 I have been here since 6:30 AM and they open at that time and now it's 7:27 AM and it is not open it is not open there's only one person there cooking food only It is unacceptable because my wife is pregnant and I have been waiting here for her breakfast burrito and it's still not open even the Santa Ana police department came to get something to eat and wasn't even open I don't know what they're gonna do they might be short stuff but They should at least put some signs saying that there will be open later unacceptable!!!!! It's sad that they make really good food But horrible service!! Been waiting for over 1hr. Hope they fix this
10 am and the cashier is already in a bad mood? She gave me attitude, food was not even good. If employees are not happy they shouldn't be working morning shifts. Never again
It was a bad experience had to wait 30 minutes for my food and it still was even started. Thats a shame they have good food but there workers don't care

The double cheeseburger was good no complaints here but one star because I ordered a oreo cookie shake and it was a glass of milk with oreo cookies....u guys literally put a tea spoon of ice cream in the shake and u charged me like 5 bucks for a glass of milk with oreo cookies straight up horrible ....DONT ORDER SHAKES.... all you'll get milk ....burger was decent though....but how do u mess up a shake my 6 year-old sister can make a shake I would think u guys could do a lil better...
Worst service evertime I came here the fat short women at the drive threw has no customer service. The staff all around have horrible attitude when asking for codenames. There portion are small and over price. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Not even to a starving person
The food was not that great the quesadilla look like a mess it was just slapped in a styrofoam case container it just wasn't anything that I thought I've had good cheese quesadilla

Food is good but service sucks. Phone ordered my food for pick up and got there, and still had to wait and when I finally got my food after everyone that came in and ordered after me it was cold. You figure after they acknowledged that they messed up they would fix it. Nope I'd be dead if I held my breath waiting on them. Let's just say no lunch that day.
