Love the food and drinks here! Brunch is always a good time here. And the parking garage across the street is first hour free!

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants and we have not been in a few years, and I feel that itâs changed quite a bit and lost what made it special. The menu does not have the expected variety and chef-inspired food, the ambience is less intimate, and the service was just okay. My husband and I are disappointed and likely will not return.

Good vibes only. This unique little spot has an all are welcome feel. My wife and I went for brunch at noon. We were seated outside as we had our dog with us. It has the feel of a sidewalk cafe with an edge. Sunshine, great friendly service, interesting food and club/dance music playing made for fun brunch. So not basic. I had the steak and eggs served Argentine style with a delish jalapeí±o hollandaise sauce. Yep, jalapeí±o and now I might be addicted to it. I say if youâre looking for something beyond the usual, try Chapter One.

Great food, attentive waitstaff. Generous drinks. Weâre not from the area, but if we were, weâd be regulars.
Call the food was really good! We ended up just getting a bunch of appetizers to share and really liked it. The lumpia was my favorite and the cocktails were tasty and quite strong. We had a large party of 10 and our server was great!
Celebrating a Middle School graduation at Chapter One. Everyone loved the food and the drinks, plus the server was very attentive and nice. Has a great time at Chapter One!
