Very cool, modern ice cream joint. Instagrammable both in the presentation and the preparation. Plus, unlike most other instagrammable desserts, it actually tastes great. Sounds perfect until you consider the trendy price point. Still worth it for an occasional visit.

Good flavors, especially sun, moon and stars, but they stopped making it into a rose

One of the best ice cream spots n OC. It's a bit pricy ($6 for a small) but the quality speaks for itself. It is very creamy and smooth. Due to COVID you need to order from a kiosk which is a plus to ensure contactless ordering. Will certainly revisit this place.

Who loves blooming rose ice cream?Highlights of the menu:1. Sun, moon & star with Oreo crumbs2. S’mores with chocolate chipsI love this liquid nitrogen-made ice cream with such a soft and creamy texture. They have many inventive flavors of organic ingredients and cute pastel colors on them. So lovely. The interior is cute with pink wall for the photos. A good place to hang with family and friends.

We usually love this place but the salted Carmel ice cream was super salty and the puffle was undercooked. We ordered 3 puddles and they were all undercooked. When I asked about the puddle I was told that’s the way it’s suppose to be, soft in the inside.I replied by saying that I’ve never had it undercooked to make it soft in the inside before. The employees then asked me if I wanted something else or did I want a refund, she then said I’m really busy. I said I wanted a refund then she walked away. She came back and asked again if I had decided what I wanted. I told her I had said a refund but she walked away. Will go to another location next time.

Delicious ice cream and quick service! Could be a little more tidy, however the staff are incredibly busy with the constant flow of people.

The ice cream was delicious an creamy. I got a pint of sea salt with pretzels. I will be a returning customer. To try more flavors.

Some of the best tasting icecream I have had. Super soft & beautiful creamy texture & perfect amount of sugar (not over sweet) pairs well with puffel (puffed waffles) I have tried double chocolate, s’mores & earl’s gray lavender. All three are very nice icecreams. I 100% recommend it. & its gonna be a long line be prepared to wait...

Really good, creamy ice cream. I got the Sun moon and the stars and loved watching them make the ice creamFor more food reviews follow me @cas_eats_

The ice cream is okay, nothing special. The Puffle is the best part. This place is about an hours drive for me, by my work. I took my wife as a surprise tonight. We got there at 9:36pm thinking “Perfect, they close at 10pm. Just made it”. When we ordered I was informed they stop making Puffles at 9:30pm. If your open you should offer what’s ON YOUR MENU. No where on the menu or website does it say you stop serving your full menu after 9:30pm.I do have to thank you for forcing me to find a better option. Across MacArthur, less than 2 minutes away, is Han’s Ice Cream and Deli. It was some of the best ice cream we have ever had. Way better than anything at The Cauldron. They also close at 10pm but they offer their full menu until they close. We will be coming back to Han’s exclusively.Good Luck.If your trying to reduce payroll hours and/or shift length of your young staff, there are other ways to do it other than false advertise your services. The easiest is have the opening staff clean and sanitize the Puffle machines. That allows the staff to leave even earlier as there is less cleanup for them. It seems like your prioritizing your young staff over your customers if their school is such a priority for you. They signed up for a job knowing the hours and what it takes. When school is over now they are going to expect their bosses to cater to their schedule. It could even be argued you are doing them a disservice by not showing them what the real working world is like. The staff doesn’t make you money, they cost you money. In this case they cost you customers permanently.Ultimately I do thank you because Han’s Homemade ice cream across the street is by far the superior product.
