BE CAREFUL WITH THE MANAGER ERICA HERE. WORST MANAGER EVER. I went to your Santa Ana store today to pick up lunch for my staff like normal. We enjoy the food from Cancun Juice. I drove 10 min to your location to pick it up. Ordered 2 tortas, 2 huaraches, and taquitos.Your employee told me my order was ready. It was super busy and I opened the bag and saw black boxes and the torta. I figured everything was there. Got back to work. There was only 1 torta. One was missing.I called the store. It was busy. Busy for 5 min. Finally someone answered. Said her name was Erica. I explained that there was a torta missing from my order. She put me on hold. She gets back on the line and states that the man who helped me in the store says he put both in. What? I already handed out the food to my staff. There was only 1 torta. She says she will put me on hold again to go check the camera. Again on hold. She gets back on the line and says she is too busy to look at the camera. She says I can come down and get the torta. I said no, I will go back and get my money back since I don’t want to drive another 20 min for 1 torta.She says no she wont give back the money. I ask for the manager. She says she is the manager. I ask for the owners name. She says she wont give it to me, that I can go online to find it. I did. Linkedin shows Antonio Alvarez as one of the principals for Cancun Juice. What kind of management do you guys have at your stores? Not only was Erica rude, but she was very unprofessional and wasted my lunch hour. Plus one of my staff did not get their lunch. This is not the way you treat customers when your restaurant staff are the ones who got the order wrong.
The tortas and the Cancun Smoothie are good. But I wouldn't recommend the fresas con crema. The cream or whatever they used tasted and smelled expired.
The food was good but the cashiers are bad I thought it was me but when someone else came and saw how the girl was just rolling her eyes.i was very disappointed ?
I enjoyed the freshness of their dishes and healthy drinks; my favorites the Mexican breakfast and the Liver Detox drink…
I wish give this place 100000000000000000000000 stars if I could!! The food here is SO GOOD! they have tortas, smoothies, enchiladas, and other mexican foods! Love that there is a salsa station were you can get salsa in a little cup!(after you order that is) ?️

Waited for 40 min for my order and they gave me a steak torta instead of a steak quesadilla. I didn't get any type of apology for the error. They wanted me to pay extra to make the quesadilla and wanted me to wait 25 more minutes to make the quesadilla. They took their torta back and gave me a quesadilla. Once I got home I took a bite of my steak burrito I had also ordered and they gave me a carnita burrito. The receipt clearly said steak burrito with no tomatoe and I got a carnita burrito with tomatoe. Horrible wait time and service.
ATTENTION ALL SANTANEROS!!!DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!Go to Cancun Juice located on harbor and first, it has half the amount of staff and will have your food ready in less than 15 mins and above all, IS A LOT CLEANER.I waited 40 mins for a torta de asada at Warner and Bristol location. It is dirty and unorganized.
