Wait wasn't too long started off right, took over 45 minutes to get our food saw ppl that got there after us get their food before us, I was over this place i stayed only because I was hungry, i saw another review about the place being dirty and the mice coming out the building now I can see that, I thought they were exaggerating but i had to see it for myself overall I won't be coming here again
This place is super slow they only had 2 servers so expect to wait. I called ahead of time asked if there was a waiting list and they told me there was none, 5 minutes later we arrive and they say they have an hour waiting time made no sense. I asked why they told me there was no waiting Time when I called and they said they thought it was for a vip party. Then we decided to order out order to go and said it would be around 15 minutes and then took about an hour for the food only to get the order wrong. So had to go back for the remaining orders. I always check my orders but when i started to take stuff out the guy there told me they made sure everything was there so no need. We were tired and hungry so I took his word. The customer service was good they were nice and all but gave wrong information and made mistakes on the orders.
I am really upset they threw away my leftovers. I called to let them know, but kept being put on hold. Once I arrived they did nothing to resolve this issue. I don't care if it's a health hazard, it was expensive. Half of my families dinner was in those boxes. The bill was 137$ plus tipped the waitress 27$. Never again will I spend money on Buffalo Wild Wings.
Food was excellent, beer was cold. The only downside was it took longer than it should to get my meal. The place wasn't that crowded yet and have received my meal quicker. Not my Server's fault.
It puzzles me that with the service my family and I received why should this place stay in business. I ordered a simple ranch water (which is just tequila and club soda) and it still came out later than the other tables around us (that were seated 20 minutes after us) that ordered 3 margaritas and 2 beers. Not only that the waiter let our appetizers become cold and didn’t serve us till our entrees came. We didn’t even finish any entree because we didn’t feel like eating food thrown in a freezer by a incompetent waiter. No once did he come and ask if we were doing okay or got us refills. This was by far the worst service/ BWW I have ever been too. I will definitely never come back here again. I should also add that I went to the restroom and it looks like a truck stop in the middle of the Midwest. I hope the owner does something to fix its staff. The only nice person there was the gentlemen hosting and sitting us other than that everything about this place is a joke. Waste of my money
That's a very long line to wait for online orders.. also they don't help dashers or persons that are waiting for their orders...they should get better on the service they provide to costumes....since they eat and make money from them... The food and wings are so good!!!!!! But costumer service is not good at all. Well that's my experience ...I'm not saying that's everyone s opinion...
7 tables split between 2 waiters. It took 10 minutes for anyone to talk with us, almost another 10 mins to get the beer I ordered to table. We had to remind our waiter that we ordered a combo and we’re missing another drink. My 10 boneless wings took 35 mins and came out lukewarm. Mind you this is lunch time and there’s tons of staff but they seemed indifferent. Avoid this BW3s - they’re here to socialize - your meal and service comes second.
The wings were good, but over all the place was super dirty the table was dirty, the condiments were dirty the bathroom was disgusting, and the waiters spent most of the time just standing around taking to eachother.Update: after going to one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to in a long time, BWW tried to compensate me with a free redbull.They won't be getting my business back, especially with seeing reviews about people seeing rats coming out of the restaurant.
GREAT wings are so damn good service wash ehh I think the waiter was new they always take long with the preparation of food but what do you ectopic it’s freshly made really good and hot when it gets to the table
