Worst experience and wasted my lunch just to find out my online order was not ready. Staff does not work to prioritize. Don’t order online if you cancel. Staff lie about management not being there. I don’t recommend and taking my money elsewhere.
The pizza is delightful. You can build it your own way, sauce and toppings. Not a bad choice if you're craving pizza.
As much as I would love to give this place 5 stars I can’t because the service was terrible! I love that you can customize your own pizza. Unfortunately the employee working there was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him. He simply threw the ingredients on the pizza… I had to ask him to make it equal and not on the very middle of the pizza. After I got my pizza it was great but the customer service at this location ensure that I won’t be returning to this location.
I went with 2 friends who said great things about blaze Pizza. It was my first time. The pizza was made from fresh ingredients with a large variety of toppings. I like that you can pick all the toppings you want. It was really delicious. The side salad was great too! It had really fresh sweet strawberries & blueberries, feta cheese and even the vinaigrette dressing was so tasty. I gave it 5 stars because it was so very delicious. The prepares were nice and pleasant and so helpful. It was a great experience and I will be eating there often from now on!?
in general the employees were unenthusiastic at best, I asked about a deal they had posted for free drink & they did not have any information on that ...?... food was good. bathroom was dirty unkempt and no paper towels.
What a horrible place to order pizza. It’s been 45 minutes since we placed our order. 3 customer after us got their orders and still these 5 employees can’t manage to give orders in order. Come on guys. What is going to be your excuse?
The day I went the place is nothing like the others' pictures. It looks dark and dirty.
Ordered through the blaze app. They didn’t get my order right- no sauce, barely any cheese and skimpy toppings. I was really craving a good pizza, and was very disappointed. Will not be going back to this location again.
I placed an order for pickup for my coworkers and I, I placed it 30 mins in advanced and said it would be ready before lunch even started. I showed up and the pizzas had not even been put in the oven yet. Long story short i spent my entire lunch waiting and clocked back into work late. I understand the shortage of staff but thought with the appropriate time notice that it would account for that. Food was good but timeliness makes me give this a 1 star.
I love coming here because I huild my own pizza
