Great customer service food is really good.
My coworkers and I bought 2 chicken Pho soups and 1 beef Pho soup, of which the 2 chicken broth were tasteless (we believe they added more water into the chicken broth and therefore it got diluted), so my manager called to let them know so they could fix the broth for their next customers, and that was the end of the story or at least in our part. 5 min later the “owner” of the restaurant came in mad because we complained (very unprofessional), we were amazed that he had the guts to come to our work place to argued about it instead of apologized. We didn’t see that coming! Never going to buy Pho soups from this place ever again, besides theirs soups are not even that good and most of the time there sprouts, lemons etc are not even fresh, we have tried better ones.
Made a complaint about their food and the co-owner shows up at our place of business to argue about it. Food was bad. It used to be ok but when the old owner brought in a new partner, it went downhill

Service was fast and easy but the coffee sux, not enough coffee too much cream.
Best shrimp pho. This is my go to place, whenever I'm in the mood for pho. Always a bullseye hit in regards to flavor and taste.

I love this place since it’s close by but I realized they always charge me different even tho I order the same thing. Probably will confront soon if it happens next time, so far lost a few dollars with a couple orders so I guess they take a bit so you won’t notice
