This place is a joke... the staff you have working here is rude and gross. The big girl has the worst customer service and a horrible attitude.. I feel like I'm north Concord not San Ramon... the owners need to fix the issues here asap.. this was the LAST time I will ever go to this location

The 0.70$ boneless deal was really worth it, took about 25 min for the food to get ready. the chicken was hot but too oily. Also it takes so long to order through an employee , just put an online order.
I’ve ordered here a few time and the wings have been consistently good. However, the fries have been consistently overcooked/bad.
Order online threw there website, which was threw doordash. I have an account with doordash but my transaction didn't pop up on my transaction page. Basically order a 30 piece of boneless chicken with two fries. I received them complete wrong order, in which I got the hots wings they can serve. Im disappointed on this because I spent more the 60 dollars on a dinner. When I called wingstop they said they can't help me and to contact doordash. The best part is I can't get a refund or nothing because it was threw doordash. But when I go to my account on doordash it's not there. Do not order anything from them online. Im done with this establishment.
Food quality is really not that great. I tried boneless chicken wings and fries. Wings aren't juicy, overpowered by seasoning. Fries too oily.
Pretty average Wingstop. Portion sizes seem a bit smaller than other locations, along with not as much sauce as normal. But overall tastes the same.
This is the NASTIEST wingstop I have ever been to!! I can’t believe I found the this piece of metal in my food! Smh!!!! I will NEVER eat here again!! First and last time!! I’m so mad and grossed out!
I placed a delivery order on their website. When the order did not show up, I called and a rude girl told me “we don’t deliver,” despite the fact that their website takes delivery orders. I had to pick up my order, and was met with a bunch of rude kids arguing with me that Wing Stop does not deliver. These guys don’t deserve to be in business.
