I wish I can give this place zero stars I being eating here for almost a month and this is the second time I got long hairs in the food first time Didn’t complain but this is ridiculous I got 3 long hairs in the Sandwich .
My boyfriend and I order delivery from here all the time cause it is the bomb.com. Try not to order right before they close though cause we noticed sometimes there are only two people working the place lol. Ugh their sandwiches and every variation of fries are so good

Small and tucked away in this plaza, the food was good but the steak in the cheese fries were a bit dry. Have to try again.
The guy working the register is beyond rude. Not coming back to this location anymore. I even heard him acting the same way and talking down to the next customers that came after me.
Where do I start? 1st I ordered my food sat down, jumped right up because the chair was wet, then I noticed how dirty the resturaunt was.Floor not swept since the beginning of the day before's shift.Then, the meat wag grinded up to shreds with no taste, the cheese didn't melt, the potatoes were hard A*.I should havd went to the nearest McDonald's. This was horrible

First time I have been here, was buying cheese steak sandwiches at a local restaurant and they are 50% higher priced. My son said yours are the best!! Bravo! Excellent customer service too. Thank you all
I think the different menu items are fun but the meat they use has zero seasoning and tastes like nothing. Like it sat in water til all the flavor was drowned out of it. BLAH!!
Just got a cheesesteak San Ramon. They’ve changed their rolls. It was the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had their. Lost my business. Terrible, all bread little steak.too bad because I’m from the east coast and know what a cheesesteak is. This place was a good alteritve, but no more. Too bad!
