They forgot to add a chalupa which was part of the order. Realized it after reaching home. They should have someone check the accuracy of the order.
The staff had bags and bags of doordash stacked up. No eye contact waited 20 minutes gor 3 bean burritos and door dash wadnt there trying to pick up bags. BASICALLY UNORGANIZED AND RUDE
sub-par service. thus has been converted into a taco bell Cantina, meaning they serve alcohol, but the order process is completely automated. customers are intended to use a kiosk versus speaking with a person, and the only human interaction would be if you are paying cash. not a fan of this, nor of the homestyle video game setup they have...honestly, if you have to play games, then your food is taking too long. I don't think this is a good corporate evolution.
Quick and easy process. The catina was PACKED! Love that you can walk up to the kiosks, punch in your order with any modifications, pay and they start right on your order. While you are waiting there are Xbox games to play with a bleacher type seating area. No more waiting in line to order and then waiting for your order. They did a great job on our food as well. Fun atmosphere. Love the remodeling.
