Took 30 minutes to get 1 drink and 2 sides, came in before lunch rush. Not enough staff and move extremely slow. Never post reviews especially of bad places, but it’s just unacceptable at this point
Im a grub hub driver and I got an order placed here, it took me 10 minutes to drive there then it took about 50 minutes for the order to be ready. The order was 2 drinks and 2 food items. Meanwhile at least a dozen people were waiting for their food. Another driver came by, found out how long i was waiting and canceled the order. Also 3 high school students were late to class by more than 20 minutes waiting for their order when they did doordash pickup. So they walked there then also waited 20 minutes. Turns out they were just doing all the orders at once instead of in order. I went to ask when it would be ready, as i saw at least 6 orders being prepared in different bags. And turns out the order has been ready and they didnt announce it. Worst service i have ever seen in all the bay area. Would highly suggest going to another T4 near the area.
Convenient location, next to the Iron Horse Trail. We usually stop by during our bike ride for refreshment. Very delicious chicken popcorn.
The guy taking our order seemed incredibly confused as to what we were saying and what was offered at this location. We had to repeat ourselves several times before completing the order and he still got it wrong. Not a big deal usually, but this particular employee kept rubbing his eyes and had difficulty paying attention which seemed unprofessional.

We tried about 4 varieties and all tasted yumm! I specifically liked aloe and basil seeds in mine. Mango flavor is a bit strong and felt a bit overwhelming as we finished the drink. I like their menu and different combinations, and nice portions for the price.

This T4 is good. Overall, if you are looking for only drinks, their boba meets the standard.For dishes, Takoyaki and Popcorn Chicken are great picks, but their sweet potato fries need improvement.
