Got an iced oolong milk tea; very well made. I recommend trying oolong if you like black or green tea, it’s almost in between those two.
I love T4! It’s the best boba place. They have fresh boba, and a huge menu. My personal favorites are the Classical Rose Milk Tea (No Ice), Thai Milk Tea (No Ice), Passion Fruit Royal Tea (No Ice), Passion Fruit Smoothie, and Honey Peach Smoothie (All drinks with boba).I don’t think T4 has any brown sugar boba though. I would love to see them release a brown sugar boba drink.
Great boba and great basil chicken. I would recommend showing up before 3:30 or after 4:30, though, just because the line can get long when the nearby school lets out.
Took order on the phone n made us wait in the line just for the payment even when my order was ready.. not the efficient use of our time
Nice location and tasty boba tea. Can be quite crowded thanks to the study/tutor center next door.
DELICIOUS tea and and snacks!! BUT…- this place is crowded AF on fridays because the middle and high schoolers are coming in.- the staff don’t smile for some reason :/- it takes quite a bit of time for your order to be done.- they are out of or just won’t serve some item every other visit

It's not worth the time I asked for a 2 on my chicken they gave me a 4 it's a bunch of teens Doing the minimum to do anything if I could give this place a 0 iwould their tea is sub par You would do better going to the one near the target in Dublin there is nothing good here there are several better tea places i would drive a half hour to castro Valley and back to go to I tea this place is a disaster they should close the kitchen and go back to just Boba and they don't even do that well over priced and not worth your time
