Omg! What an amazing Dosa! I had no idea about this special Bangalore style Dosa, which is special since it’s crisp from the outside while super soft from the inside. This place is super hygienic and super clean, with amazingly fresh ingredients being used. How do I know - well if you’re a foodie, that’s easy to figure out and also the after taste. It’s a small family owned business and while they’re trying to scale and keep pace with the growing popularity and demand, they are very strict about their quality. In no rush to forego the rich quality for catering to a larger number. Obviously, that means a little inconvenience for you to order ahead of time (by Thr 7pm) to get your Dosa on Saturday. Yeah - that’s the only one day! But you would want to wait just for their great taste and quality. It’s a good truck and they are in during Saturday’s Farmer market, with some seating available around the area. They do have some very stringent rules around the order timing and pickup schedules, but that’s all to ensure great service to who has pre ordered. Sounds very inconvenient but you realize that quickly. I wish them good luck and can’t wait to see them expand and scale so we all get to taste their awesome dosas more frequently. Also, they have just 3 variants of the dosa (plain, masala and cheese) but they are all amazing. You can’t go wrong with either. Sambhar and Coconut chutneys are complementary and amazing too. All in all, the best Dosa you could have in the Bay Area. Just try it and you’ll know what this means!!!

This is probably the most unprofessional restaurant business in town. You need to plan three days in advance to get a slot and they decide whether you will have lunch or breakfast. On top of that we got a message that they had to cancel the order because they cannot serve because of a problem in the kitchen when we were on the way! I think these kind of places should start respecting customers time and not take them for granted. I think if you are planning your entire Saturday around visiting this place, be ready to face poor service and disappointments ?

This place absolutely lives up to the hype!! Be sure to set your alarms on Thursday for the pre order!Hands down the best dosa I’ve ever had. I had both the cheese and potato and they were excellent!

Crispy and crunchy dosa with tasty chutney and it’s standards are close to CTR from Bangalore.Well you will have to order online on Thursday for Saturdays delivery and this place is always in demand.Easily one of the best dosas I have tried so far.

Closest Mysusu masale dose available in bay area. Crisy and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Chutney is also very tasty. No sales at the truck, only online orders at the moment. Have to order ahead of time on Thursday for Saturday delivery.

Good davanagere butter dosa.Good quality and the right amount of crispness.Mysore masala dosa is the best here.

I finally got to try it today.VERDICT -Truly the best Butter Masala Dosey in America. Believe me I have tried dosa in a lottt of places. (Proud - Dosa/Dose/Dosey LOVER ?)Crispy Dosey, excellent sambhar and chuntney.I can eat this dosa everyday for 10$Bangalore folks this reminds you of Vidyarathi Bhavan (probably more) and CTR.Sunnyvale/Fremont someday? Please

Excellent dosa, must try. Best butter dosa in bay area.Chutney and sambar is not that great.Good packaging for online pickup.

The dosa is amazing. Especially the masala dosa. Sambar and chutney are splendid too.Hope they expand their business to the Peninsula.

Very poor business model of having to let them know 2 days before coming in there to eat. What in the world or kind of mindset do people even live in 2 days after no one knows. These guys want to serve only for the booked ones. This has to change, and think about people who come to eat from far off place for love of dosa. Come on guys you can do better. ??‍♂️
