I had ordered 3 footlong sandwiches through the Subway App for pickup at 11:40AM on Friday, March 18, 2022. When I got there, there were 3 people waiting and only 1 employee working. As I waited for my order, I did notice there were lots of online/Subway app orders, and, shortly, the line went out the door. Although, I had to wait for my order, I must commend that employee who just kept working as fast as he could. I left a $10 tip for him, and, I hope he gets all of it. I wished I could of given more and hoped other customers tipped him as well. To that Subway employee, I appreciate your hard work.
They always prepare the sandwiches with a lot of fresh ingredients. I've been to other Subways in San Ramon and there is a big difference in quality.
They are late all the time, they don’t have fresh bread and the door have the open light off. Used to work earlier before pandemia, but now they open after 9:30 too bad for breakfast

I drove all the way to the store the sign says open Google said closing 8pm we go inside the guy is rude @645pm he said wer closed with attitude, bad business
Terrible customer service. So fast to tell me they are closed when google says they are open till 9. Owners are not friendly. Live across the street and will not come back.
