The worst cup of coffee at a Starbucks I've ever had. The person behind the counter added tap water to a 3/4 fill cup of old cold coffee. I can get that out of an old vending machine, so why would I ever go back to this place. I wonder if anyone even manages this place, because it doesn't seem like the staff even cares. I wish Google reviews had a zero star rating, so I can express how I really feel about this place. Very disappointed....
Great location friendly staff. And make my simple drink correct every time.
Took forever to get just a glass of water, final i had to stand by cash register and show my credit card to get my puppy a glass of water. Dont think barrista working on that day deserves to be there serving patrons, so unstarbucksi. Thanks to person at cash register to get two glasses of water for thirsty pet.
I'd like to give a shout out to not only this location but to so many locations who have to suffer thru rude, angry customers. It's a cup of coffee people. If you have to wait you have to wait like everyone else. If you're asked to wear a mask put it on inside. They have had supply chain struggles, supply shortages, staff shortages, and yet most of the time you're greeted with a smile. I know this is great coffee and with all the stress we've been under it's hard to remember but everyone is stressed. The sugar cookie flavoring over the Holidays made me less stressed!
I have been going to this place frequently for the past three years. I go there to read or work. And I always look forward to visiting this place because of their drinks, staff, and the atmosphere. The staff there is really what has me going to this place every time. Their customer service is phenomenal. They are so sweet, friendly, and always working very hard. They genuinely care for their customers. Their drinks always taste great. This place is always clean. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating. In short, Alcosta Starbucks is amazing, and it always feels like home.
I got the worst service from the older lady with a pompon hair style. She doesn’t smile, or look up at you when ordering and no thank you! She can use more employee customer service training
By far the worst and slowest Starbucks EVER! I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! Spent 30 mins on a watered down drink after being served after 10ppl in line behind me, absolutely unacceptable
I honestly don't think there's a Starbucks I didn't like.
As the store reopens, it's returning to more normal busy-ness. That said, the workers remain pleasant and REMEMBER OUR NAMES. It's like going home, but to really tasty coffee drinks.
Misheard the name and order. Ordered less caramel sauce and they added extra. Didn’t realize until too late. Waste of time and money.
