This Starbucks location is somewhat hidden in the back of the shopping center and even though I knew where it’s located, I still drove around a few times to figure out where it is. The good news is the parking is easy and the store is updated and there are plenty of places to sit inside. With the number of people there using computers, it’s obvious this location is perfect for getting some work done. Unfortunately, I live too far away to do work here but that’s just me. I like shopping centers where things are not angular and overly laid out. Give this Starbucks a try if you can find it.

While getting ready to leave the coffee top came off and burned my right hand, lower arm and stomach. The cashier checked on me and brought me burn creme.
Came here to pick up an UberEats order and was very disappointed. I arrived at 9:35 and didn’t leave with the order until 10. About 6 people that came in after me got there orders before me. I asked 3 times about the order and was dismissed each time. Its not a good feeling to be overlooked like that. Please improve.
Amazing service and add usual the best cappuccino.. service was amazing.. went to pickup few gift cards, and this is best place for coffee gift cards to your dear ones.. compared to any other coffee shop around in San Ramon.

Monique was very polite, courteous, and enjoyable and made my drink quickly. I don’t treat myself to Starbucks very often but it was a great experience!
