This place gets crowded on weekends so no surprises that some guests got a little inpatient. That's not a reason for the store manager to raise her voice at a customer who may have been a little frustrated in his tone. If you are in the service industry, it's important to keep your cool around paying customers. This should be two stars but one extra for baristas who were hauling to get the drinks made.
Roomy and not full of people staying for long periods of time plugged in. Got order, soy mocha, no whip, no foam, 185 degrees. Perfect.
Went there around 4PM and they really need some sun shades. Impossible to do any work with my notebook during that time of day
I just can’t understand why this place closes at 6 pm .This is the time when a lot of people go out .In an area like this at least they should close at 10 pmVery disappointed .

Absolute worst experience in a coffee shop. Here I am alongside dozens of other people who have been waiting over 30 min for a cup of coffee. The lady next to me ordered tea over 30 min ago. When asking the staff after we ordered they’ve said that most of the staff are new and in training. On a Saturday? During a farmers market? Where is the logic? Horrible experience.
I prefer using the mobile app for orders here. It's so much easier. Great to come here on weekdays vs. Weekends.
