It was a cute and clean Starbucks but the girl upfront, Emma was on her phone while I ordered and wasn’t really paying attention to what I said at all. Then my boyfriends drink was made with dead shots because the poor girl on bar was making drinks by herself while there was two other girls cleaning, which I understand is needed but I feel if there is more than 3 people waiting for drinks then at least the girl wiping tables could’ve come and helped and gone back to what she was doing after the lobby was cleared.
Exterior is a little run down and need of some cleaning, but the inside is clean and the staff friendly.

On a chilly day, the crispy grilled cheese sandwich always sounds good to me even with an iced drink. This version of Starbucks has lots of parking, is very large, has clean bathrooms and the staff is super nice.And when you are done with your coffee, drop next door and pick up some Baileys.

It was close with some note on the door due to COVID ?? Not sure why ? Also few machines are now working .
They were extremely rude!!! The cashier that took our order was super sweet and helpful she even complemented my daughters shirt. But everyone else was the worse experience!!!! When it came time to pay, we were using multiple gift cards. The young lady was having a hard time and she asked for help to a fellow co worker. She was very rude! since their system wasn’t taking the gift cards she demanded a different form of payment. My mom told her she had just used it the day before and it worked fine at a different Starbucks. We had multiple gift cards and their system was not taking any. They then got the manger which was very defensive asking what’s the problem. We didn’t have a problem, we just replied we are trying to pay. Some how they tried again and the gift cards worked fine and we had plenty of money left in them. It was very uncomfortable situation they made us feel like we weren’t trying to pay. The manager was extremely rude and never once apologize for the delayed, all she cared was that there was a line. Basically other people were more important!!! I will never go back there worse experience ever!
I don’t know how a reserve SB is consistently under pouring the coffee. Idk if it’s the same barista or just how they do things here. Make your cups smaller at least so you’re not wasting trees lol. Vente sans 2 oz, really rolls off the tongue. At this point may just go to the Safeway SB or Philz until things change. Give us what we overpay for, that’s all we ask.
