They claim to be from Taipei and are No. 1 there. We visited the San Ramon ShareTea restaurant. It is not much decorated and systematically placed inside. One can have different types of hot and cold or iced tea to choose from. There are Milk Tea, Fruit Tea, Fresh Milk Tea, Brewed Tea and Ice Blended Tea etc. Ice level and Sweetness level can be choose from. One can have several toppings on the tea. We had several Fruit Tea tastes to try on that day. Good experience for once.
Came here to get a classic milk tea drink with boba pearls and I just wanna say that this establishment just needs to work on customer service as well as training their employees better. I've visited this place a couple of times and it just always have something off about it: how they deal with customers and timing/preparations of the drinks itself is poor.Walked in and the employees never said hello or welcome and kind a just stood there wanting to get it over with. Asked them to lower the sweetener and less ice but when I got it seemed like they didn't listen to my request with the ice so I kind a just went ok...I hope they put less syrup... and it just tastes disappointing with the overwhelming sweetener. The boba tasted meh too.As somebody who has worked as a shift manager/bobarista in the past in a different establishment...I could tell that these employees have not had proper training. The whole vibe of the place was not pleasant or welcoming at all. I hope you guys can improve in the future and also make sure that your employees create a professional environment within the store and in front of the customers since it seems like it is run by mostly high school kids up front.
I loved the service, went in there to get a tea for my boss, but he said the tea was mid. My suggestion is to ask the people who are at the place for suggestions on their best items if you want the best experience. Taro tea there isn't the best.
Prices went up $1 without any proper signs and when asked employees one was nice and the other just said I was wrong without doing the math. Just saying if you want to charge more for a drink. Properly list the price
Asked for regular ice got half a cup of it.. basically paid $6 for ice
Why would you go anywhere else? Great menu and variety, and they have a sweetness scale when ordering so you can say how sweet you’d like your drink. Sealed top (that’s the minimum acceptable state of receiving your drink). I like the taro ice blended with pudding on top with boba.
I asked for just water with a lot of ice and I was given water with one shred of ice, the smallest piece of ice I've ever seen. Like if you had crushed an ice cube and chose the smallest slice of the crushed ice to put in it. ONE piece. Light ice is an option, so now I'm scared for what happens if you pick light ice...My friend got a taro drink with Boba and didn't finish it because he said it tasted like drinking straight heavy whipping cream.Although the service was quick and the staff was friendly I wouldn't go here ever again.

Really good bang for you buck and very tasty. If you get 100% sweetenes i will knock your drink to the ground . They play Avatar on the tv's so thats sick. uhh yea go here Boba Guys and T4
Boba here is always so good! Service is nice. My sisters favorite boba place. Can accumulate points for a free boba :)One thing, share tea has different inventory at each store. One store might have something while another doesn’t. This share tea doesn’t have winter melon milk tea. :(
