Excellent ice cream parlour with amazing flavours and taste. Not to be missed if in San Francisco. The single scoop of ice cream is even a large portion.

Corn allergies normally keep me far away from ice cream places. These guys hand make all their creations using real sugar! The price obviously reflects the hard work they put into producing a quality product.Flavor choices are fun and creative.Vibe was modern and chic.
The location is great and service is mostly awesome. We did notice that service may vary with individual server though. It is one of the few ice cream parlors that provide steel spoons for tasting and allows tasting. The location is new(er) and clean. Due to the location, it is quite busy on weekends.We went in a large group of a dozen folks ordering various flavors. Our conclusion was that the Gingerbread cookie dough flavor was the best. The rest are not I would call as noteworthy.
Unique flavors and delicious ice creams. We tried the chocolate gooey brownie and sea salt with caramel and both were too good. Very friendly staff!
I come here very frequently, and while the ice cream is always excellent (5 stars) the order and pickup system is terrible. Only once have I ever come and had the order ready in the pick up area, and this is even if I come way after the estimated pick up time. I usually have to flag someone down after they’ve helped someone else and stand at the register like a dunce. Less than ideal to say the least
The best ice cream in the bay! I’ve had salt & straw in LA & was so excited when they opened one here! My favorite is the honey lavender with sprinkles in a cone, but I also love the cold brew! The staff is so amazing and they let you taste test!!
Loved strawberry sherbet, cold brew coffee cashew ice cream, vanilla, chocolate brownie, and other varieties we ordered. Salt ones like the great cookie swap are really salty. Please tone that salt down. Overall it was a good experience. Glad to see vegan option!
Yikes. Walked in tonight, vaccination proof and ID in hand per county updated guidelines and was denied service. Disappointed by the lack of customer service.The store was totally empty. Not a single customer. I wanted to place a to go order for my wife's birthday. So saddened that small minded management and poor scientific understanding would result in sending me away. That was the last time we'll step foot in this place.
Was here to retrieve an ice cream cone. Its was Monday ~2PM. Not busy. Looked like it was going to be a good/speedy experience. I was excited as I have never ordered from here. The two cashiers or reps unexpectedly ignored me. I was the only one in line. I spoke to them/then one of them several times but they ignored me. The feeling is discrimination on some level. I walked out as I saw that 3 employees were now addressing some customer behind me. I am not sure how these employees are trained...
