Service was fantastic. Andre/Andres helped me. He was very prompt and attentive. Dude was on point with his customer service. I can only describe that he was almost intuitive as far as timing on when all the slices being done at the same exact time when they needed to be different doneness' or temp for the kids vs. My wifes well done slice vs. My regular temperature slice. Someone or some company needs to swoop this dude up for their company and let him be a representative. He'd definitely have customer retention.Pizza was good as well. Cool combinations you would never think of and normally I'd be afraid to eat but somehow they're delicious. I'm not an adventurous pizza topping eater but I am here.
tried to order food to be delivered to an office. the website said about 45 minutes to deliver. 1 hour 15 minutes later, we call to see where the order is. they said they do not have delivery drivers so they pawn it off to Door Dash to deliver (clearly not in any part of the website saying that). next thing we get is a notification that our order was cancelled because the incompetent employee on the phone decided to cancel it 40 minutes after we were told it would be delivered about another hour or so. talked to the manager and they too were incompetent in trying to rectify the situation. poor customer service. wish i could leave 0 stars.
This is one of best neighborhood pizza stores in town. We ordered half hawaii and half big Sur. Pizza dough is very chewy and juicy. Will definitely explore different flavors next time.
Always love going to Pizza My Heart. Their pizzas are so great. Although sometimes with this location it can be a miss. The crust is sometimes a bit chewy and the last time I came the pizza was extra greasy.
The pizza is reasonable priced and it's in a good location. It's not bad; it's also not amazing. The pizza was just warm enough, I could barely taste the sauce and the crust was so so.. I'd probably eat here if I was hungry and really wanted a quick bite but wouldn't seek the place out.
Client care was extraordinary and the pesto pizza was amazing! Little space yet it was spotless, all around supplied and the specialists were extremely mindful of the requirements of the clients. All men with the exception of the more seasoned woman that was cooking the pizza. They all had grins and weren't remaining around looking exhausted.
We need one of these in Pleasanton it’s the best pizza around!!!
Called in an order, they staff was super friendly and helpful. The pizza was ready on time and is so very good! Yummy! Love the Big Sir pizza. My son's large pepperoni makes him so happy that he will have leftovers to have more for lunch the next day.
