The younger staff whom I had encountered didn't seem to care to serve Asian customers. While I enjoyed their food, their service (or an evident lack of which) was awful. On one occasion, while all the non-Asian tables around me were properly served, I was left sitting there like an invisible man. The waiters were eager to fawn on the non-Asian customers with nice iced water and big grin from ear to ear as they rushed to present them with the menus and bills obsequiously. I asked the waiters repeatedly for iced water, but they deliberately ignored me. Later a young Asian waitress put the iced water on top of the central island and signaled me to pick it up myself. I walked over and picked it up myself indeed. When I asked for the check, they waved at me (rudely from behind the counter) to step up toward the front counter to pay. At another time, I asked a waiter to come and take my order because the QR-code on the table didn't quite work on my cell phone. I sat there waiting like a dummy for over thirty minutes; meanwhile, the non-Asian tables around me were all properly served. I finally approached the waiter and inquired after my order. He had the audacity to say that the order was never sent to the kitchen. He acted so indifferently and didn't care to apologize or offer to help. He then proceeded to walk away! Astonished, I got up, told another young Asian waiter to cancel the non-existent order (he simply nodded without saying a word), and left the restaurant. I will never go to this restaurant again. There are plenty of nice pho restaurants in the Tri-Valley area.

After a long flight and long drive from SFO to San Ramon, the family that was hankering for some soup noodles. Pho Hoa was on the way to our final destination so we decided to give it a go, and I'm glad we did. This establishment is spotless, and I mean it. It's the cleanest restaurant I've ever reviewed. I was observing the staff and there is always constant table wiping, and counter/machine cleaning when there is down time. Even the washrooms were spotless, amazing.Apart from its cleanliness, the food is so good. Coming from Canada we had forgotten how large some portions are here in the USA. The regular sized Pho was huge! Did I mention the food was good? The broth was amazing, and meat to noodle ratio is spot on. Even presentation was excellent. This is very unexpected for me at a Pho establishment. The drinks were also excellent, and again, HUGE. Very tasty, cold and made well, especially the Thai tea. Lastly the staff are amazing. They are efficient, and very friendly, and really went above and beyond my expectations. Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit. It will be a satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Let me be clear I absolutely love this restaurant and the amazingly fresh and delicious dishes that's guaranteed to make your taste buds go craving for more. I would have rated the restaurant much much higher if I were to dine in, however I have been getting a lot of takeout recently and I am sorry to say my orders have been either missed completely and or given away to other customers. This has occurred multiple times and I am a little unhappy and frustrated ? to tell you the truth, other than that love the food which is the reason why I keep coming back but C'MON MAN.

Healthy, delicious, and very light to your stomach. My wife and I came a few months ago to "try" their food. Little, we knew we were going to become regular customers now on a weekly basis. My favorite is Phở Gà. Sliced Breast Chicken Phở soup ? and the avocado rolls. ? The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The service is great and super fast. I loved having such great choices available locally. I highly recommend anyone trying their food. You will be pleasantly surprised.

This is hands down the best PHO in the Tri-Valley, everything on their menu including the drinks (mango tango smoothie & viet ice coffee are my favs) are superb as well! Hard working and friendly staff, finding good employees is hard nowadays. Other spots in the surrounding area are good too but the soups are a bit too sweet for me so I come to this establishment to fill our bellies. Location is convenient with plenty of parking and I can run all my errands within a mile, my daily Sprouts & Costco runs. Give it a try, you won't regret it✌️.

Best pho of all time. Healthy, fresh, huge portions, and inexpensive. Also, excellent customer service, always hits the spot, and never disappoints. Great addition to San Ramon and hidden gem.

This place is SOOOO yummmy! We are so glad they came to San Ramon. The chicken Pho, add Shrimp, is epic good, the avocado roll and banh mi dip is to die for. Love this place, my new go to spot!

Best pho in San Ramon! Generous portions, really good customer service, clean, and overall best experience. We go at least once a week!

A convenient and clean place for Pho and other Vietnamese dishes in the Danville/San Ramon area. Food and smoothies are pretty good. Good portions as well. Don't forget to sign up for the app for rewards, and some discounts periodically.

Digital ordering and paying online was easy. Minimal interaction with the staff unless you have a question. Some tables had chopsticks while others you get the disposable kind. Understand it’s a chain and it wasn’t that terrible but due to their menu offerings, we’d prefer going to another pho place. My husband did think that the pho had a fair amount of meat for the price. However we were disappointed that the rice plate selections didn’t have the typical pork chop / shredded pork / egg cake combo. We ordered 3 different pho (beef pho, spicy sate and bun bo hue). The herb side plate was sparse - a lot of sprouts and very little basil, no mint, no cilantro.Additionally, our youngest ordered the popcorn chicken bowl and not only was the rice undercooked but they initially brought out the wrong order - only bringing out the chicken and when I told the guy who brought it out that we ordered the bowl he said yes that’s it. So we asked the waitress if we were going to get the rice and egg separately, which she then figured out the mistake. We ordered pho (steak/brisket) togo to bring back for my in-laws and luckily the timing worked out when we were finished eating, we didn’t have to wait long. They are Vietnamese so not surprisingly a bit more critical - MIL said the broth was just ok.We’ve been to the Livermore location (without Jazen) which has a smaller menu and is pricier. For being one of the handful of pho places in San Ramon, I do hope they last but I don’t think we will be returning.
