The single start is because the ham and Swiss is SO good. However, Every time I come to this location it’s terrible. Multiple times I have asked for hot and gotten iced and vice Versa. The station with milk only ever has one option, half and half, which is usually empty and crusty, so I have to ask and am met with an annoyed employee. The employees are always busy chatting and in their own world. Which would be fine if they were able to multi task when6 ppl are waiting for their drinks. Espresso always tastes burnt and even the drip coffee taste stale and old. If you ask for room in an americano it should have room not filled to the brim so hot Coffee spills when I take the lid off. Workers are inattentive, couldn’t be bothered and rude. Why waste your time when you can just go to Philz down the road! Starbucks is superior even.
Constance was amazing and the whole staff made me feel welcomed,Love the coffee and how well it was made,Definitely made me a regular customer with that speedy and excellent service.

One of the best neighborhood Peets. Often long wait, but that is due to staff shortage during this tough time. Always feeling sorry to see them working very hard to get the customers best coffees. Please continue to run this place as best. Thanks.
Went to pickup few gift cards to gift some dear ones.. their minimum gift card value is 10 dollars which is insane. A coffee pr any drink on average costs less than 5 diets, not sure what policy made them to keep minimum 10 dollars. Very bad experience. Definitely not a place to buy gift cards if you are planning to gift a drink. Card varieties are also very less only 3 types.. totally disappointed with their policy and service..

Great location and service from Peet’s. I really enjoy the fact that is is right near the Starbucks in Safeway. They always get my coffee right and haven’t had any negative experiences with this location. I remember moving to the area last year and ordered their to go coffee for me and my family, and they were right on it and had it ready as quickly as possible.
My first Peets drink was when I moved here in 2013-2014 to start school at DVC...I used to get kicked out for sleeping in the store before work in 2019 but the staff is always friendly and makes great drinks!
