Mod Pizza is great! Their balsamic fig glaze is amazing with any pizza. The crust tends to run on the thinner side, which means it's easily burnt. I would prefer their dough to be a little thicker.
Got a mega do they use to be thick around the edges plus pizza was burnt not as good as in the past. Also drink machine was flat.
It is the first time ordered, I ordered two Dillon James pizzas, one forgot to put in Basil. The size of salad for $9.87 is really not worth it, so I have to mark that this is a pizza shop, not a salad shop.
Do not go here on a Friday night!! First, they dumped Hot sauce on my pizza instead of marinara sauce. So, my other 3 pizzas became cold while they remade my pizza. When we got home, we realized they gave us the wrong pizza for my daughter and she had to get door dash from another restaurant. What person does not know pizza sauce from hot sauce in a pizza joint?? Grade F. My First and Last time at THIS Mod.

There was a small crew working tonight, but they listened to what I wanted. They were very friendly and efficient. My pizza came out crispy and had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings! Probably the best pizza I have had so far from MODS. If you have not gone yet, you have to try them. You will not regret it!
The worst customer service ever. I’ve never been a big fan of theirs to begin with but my son and I are lactose intolerant and this is the only place I could find nearby that serves dairy free cheese.For starters it isn’t easy actually speaking to a live person here. When I got through at 6 p.m. the nice lady starts taking my order and says delivery’s scheduled for 6:30. Halfway through the call she tells me it’s 6:45. And at the end when the order’s placed and she takes my CC info she tells me now it’s a 7:30 delivery. That’s an hour and a half on a Tuesday for a pizza delivery. I passed.My family suggested we pick up the order so I called back five minutes later, place the same order and a different nice lady says it’s going to be ready at 6:45. Great.I call at 6:35 for confirmation purposes and also wanted to see if I could pay over the phone for a curbside pickup. This incredibly rude individual with broken English who claimed he was the manager tells me they don’t deliver, curbside isn’t an option and in the middle of a pandemic I have to still come inside. I simply asked why they wouldn’t take my payment info and he tells me they don’t do that nor do they even deliver!I replied that they do do that since I called earlier and the initial lady took my CC info and they were going to deliver my order. The guy then called me a liar and said I must’ve called a different pizza chain. I just checked my phone to confirm that I’ve been calling the same place.I’ve never experienced from a pizza place such rude condescending treatment. The manager wouldn’t even let me complete my sentences so they’re never getting my business. Shame on them for their treatment of customers.
