Very tasty sandwiches and reasonable prices. Even their tofu sandwich was full of flavor. They have been busy every time I visited but we'll worth the wait. Plenty of outside seating.
I mistakenly ordered a staff lunch to be picked up this afternoon but I actually wanted to schedule it for the next day. When I realized the error after paying, I saw no way to cancel or change the order online. So I called the store and got the run around by some kid who answered the phone and left me on hold for long periods of time. I had to call 4x and was on hold each time and no manager would come to the phone. Finally on the 4th call to the store, the manager finally came to the phone and told me she would email me the confirmation of cancellation and refund which I STILL have not received. I’m really unhappy with the customer service and will not recommend this place nor will I order here again.I wasted nearly 50 min on the phone with these people to resolve what should have been a simple problem to fix. And to me, it appears it still hasn’t been resolved.
Got the farm club and a side of pesto basil pasta. Both were very tasty. A good relatively healthy restaurant with a number of enticing options.
I love Mendocino Farms and this location doesn’t disappoint. Glad to have it in the East Bay! Try the Lady Beets and Goat Cheese Salad with one of their wonderful sides.
We love the salads there but they rarely can get our order straight and never in our favor. Most time they forget the goat cheese in the salad, some time they go really, really light on the beats in the salad. One time they completely forgot our Curry couscous for 4 people. It's getting to be quite irritating especially since you can't call them to complain. The phone will ring forever or they just have an automatic message saying call back later which is really BS because it NEVER works!
This place is so good! I really enjoy that this a fast casual option that has great quality semi-healthy food. This is one of the few places that has more complicated offerings while also providing calorie counts.Always look forward to coming here!
Best sandwiches and salads? the vegan bahn and the bistro are delicious! Tasty sides and great staff! They have a helpful app and easy curbside pickup!
We have bought from here a few times and the food was good, one star due to the experience we had today. My daughter was there and she ordered a gluten free sandwich, they still ended up giving her a sandwich with gluten in it and she realized after eating a bit and on asking they confirmed they had gluten in it. She has celiac disease and is now in pain and will be in pain for at-least a day or 2, this is not ok. (they did refund the money but that is beyond the point, if you say it's gluten free then it better be gluten free). Please be careful next time.
The place was pretty good. It took them about 20 minutes for 2 small sandwiches and 2 salads. I think after covid they made all of the dishes small and only have 1 size. Most benches they have (some indoor some outdoor) are artificial grass if that's for you. They have a lot of outside seating a some big tables inside. I recommend this place if you're not that hungry, the food is good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Healthy low carb option (hearty chicken Cobb salad). Fresh ingredients, great service, nice location at San Ramon city center.
