I don’t understand all of the positive reviews. Food is fresh, made to order but tastes nothing like Chinese food. Since when does king pao chicken have zucchini and jalapeños? It’s bland and under seasoned. Ordered on their website, arrived at the time they said the food would be ready and waited an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes. Seems very disorganized and overworked. Will NEVER return. The one star is for freshness

We ordered the XO sauce chicken chow fun, I have to say that it was dry! With no flavor. When we picked up our order, the cashier was very rude, she did not ask if we wanted a fortune cookie, she got upset when we asked for chili sauce and soy sauce. When we were leaving, she asked the next customer if they wanted a fortune cookie. I’m not sure if she was racist because that particular customer was Asian decent, or she was having a bad day. Either way, we will not be ordering from here again.

Most amazing and authentic Chinese food I've ever had in my life. Super delicious and awesome costumer service. Five stars all the way⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Delicious food. Great attention to detail on presentation. Always fresh.

Home cooking, my favorite! Reminds me of what my grandma cooked for us growing up...

Really good ?? the rice was good and general tso chicken

The food is consistently good and I like the varied choices. My favorite is the fish filet in black bean sauce. My only complaint is the pot stickers, the dough is to thick and chewy. Definitely my favorite Chinese in the area!

Not only is King Palace the best Chinese in San Ramon / Danville, but the pricing is fair based on the quality. I have visited 9 locations around the area, in hopes of finding truly authentic Moo Shu, and NO ONE had anything close to decent. King Palace has some very tasty dishes; one of my favorites - Moo Shu pork. Ask for green onions and cilantro on the side.Come in and try for yourself!! ?

Lunch special with white rice. Rice was super old tasting, that moldy taste when you leave the rice cold in a room temperature pot for 2 days. Called and they said yea probably it’s yesterday’s rice. Use yesterday’s cold rice for the fried rice and new rice for white rice please! Come on! Lemon chicken was also terrible, clearly not recently fried, Kung pao chicken was ok, just tastes like cheap oil though.

Great food, very welcoming staff, constantly excellent ambience. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is great. Highly recommended.
