Visited this place many times. In Appetizers their Crispy chilli baby corn and lat mai paneer are very good and taste yummy consistently. They changed the menu and added couple of indian curies. They removed Red thai curry from the menu and replaced it with Yellow thai curry which is ok ok. Red Thai curry used to be good. Not sure why they replaced it in the first place. Nice ambience and their mango margarita is must try for people who don't mind their drinks to be on the little sweet side. Cosmopolitan was ok ok. Overall a good place for dine in.
Vegetarian Thai basil fried rice was good. It was not too spicy. Veggie chowmein noodles were good too. Veg chili garlic noodles tasted good but could have had less salt though. A couple of items were a bit oily than they needed to be. We dined in a couple of times here before pandemic and liked ambience and service.
Amazing service ?beautiful ambiance
Good ambiance with below average food.I was little hesitant to visit this place reading at the reviews but we still went ahead after knowing they have new management. But I was disappointed.Plus points- Good ambianceNegative points - Food was not good at all. We ordered -chicken soup - ok taste, not that goodPepper chicken - ok tastegarlic fried rice - good taste (only thing we could eat)Szechwan noodles - bad tasteWe ended up leaving half eaten food on table, it was so bland that there was no point taking home the left over.Sorry for harsh comment but after spending more than $20 per head towards dinner the food quality was unacceptable.
Food was average. It could be much more flavorful. The Szechuan fried rice was more like bland rice with just color. I don’t know if it's with the new management, but none of the food except for the chili chicken tasted likeIndo-Chinese. Prices were way too high for the taste. We don't mind paying even more, but the food was only 30/100 on taste. The quantity of every dish we ordered was very good. We dined in and the customer service was excellent!
Talk about an unprofessional place! I bought into a 2021 year end offer of $250 worth for $200. Along with two debit cards with $100 each on them, I received five $10 coupon cards. I then went in for a phone order and tried to use 3 of those coupon cards for the order. Enter Neha, a woman who seems to run the front desk, take orders etc. She said that only one card can be used per item. I asked her to point out where this was written on the terms and conditions of the card (hint: it isn't). She said she will not point it out, I can read it for myself. I said I couldn't find it. She asks me (multiple times) if I can read. Talk about great customer service! Well obviously I cannot read, so I ask her to point it out nevertheless. She struggles for a bit, squinting at the fine print on the back of the card before realizing that it is, in fact, not written anywhere. The closest thing is "one time use only". I point out to her that this says nothing about how many cards can be used for a single order, in fact "one time use only" is pretty meaningless in this context, unless all her teeming millions of illiterate customers want to use the same $10 card for multiple orders. She shouts out something in Punjabi which sounds suspiciously like cursing, rolling her eyes, walking around obviously agitated. I ask to speak to the manager. She says he is "in the back" and she will go get him. Then she gets on the phone. Lo and behold, the manager is not actually at the location, he is apparently in another city. She says I can either use 1 card or not take the order at all. I ask her to call again so I can speak to her manager on the phone. The manager named Inderdeep Singh seems to be the franchisee/owner of this place. He says that this particular condition about the coupon could not fit onto the back of the card. Apparently the terms and conditions online have mentioned this. Well the offer page is long gone, but I do have the email for the offer, which mentions NO terms and conditions at all. So apparently whatever is on the card is all we have to go by, along with whatever new rules these people can cook up in their kitchen. He says that I can only use 1 card per item. I tell him I have two items on my order. Oh right, the rule actually is that I can only use 1 card per order. I ask him if he would like to make any other changes to his rules. He says this is it! At the end, they did not budge on their hastily made up rule of 1 card per order. I was asked to contact the franchisor/head office. Well I'm going to try, but the stink from this experience will linger for a long time. Unfortunate because Inchin's Bamboo in Sunnyvale was one of our favorite places to dine-in, but we are now in East Bay. This was just my take-out experience; I shudder to think what a dine-in experience would feel like. All-in-all, a very unprofessional and shoddily run place, that felt close to a scam operation. Neha should be giving lessons on how to talk to customers at the front desk as if their business does not matter. I am now unfortunately stuck with prepaid cards that I need to use or lose. Avoid this place like the plague!! PS: Neha was not wearing a mask. COVID is apparently not a thing on this side of town.

The place always seems to be empty. Food isn't that special. Panda express quality but the price of something fancy. The picture is a meal costing 23$.
I don’t get why sometimes restaurants becomes so arrogant or ill mannered. I know this works other-way as well. But this time it was we who were the victims. Victims of ill mannered and victims of yucky dirty floor beneath the table and chairs. Thank god they change the chair after asking though. When I asked for another table as high chair was not allowed at corner according to one of the representative (the most monstrous one) he said all other tables are booked and they can’t help where the truth was we were there for more than hour and most of the restaurant was still empty (Definitely not sure if ghosts were having dinner without food served ?). God bless you guys. Take away: Food was good though. Definitely scares me for dine in. Choose pickup or delivery and don’t be a victim.
We do come to restaurant for food and the taste, but with this restaurant that will not be enough ever. Service, attitude of the staff is horrible. You will feel as if they are doing a favor by listening to you. They are not accommodating with any of your request. Not at all pleasant to communicate. Also they don’t allow baby stroller while eating. So you need to take out your baby and sit. They do allow car seat but for toddlers who have surpassed the car seat stage and are sleeping , they will simply ask you to manage without the stroller. That was unpleasant but still we agreed with a smile. I am fine with few rules but that should be communicated properly, not with a scowl. Particularly the gent staff who behaves as if he is highly demotivated with his work. Food served are not announced. You have to guess or ask them specifically about the dish that is served. That is because they just leave the dish and go. For few of the dishes they did mention the names. This has been an inconvenience because we had vegetarians and non vegetarians dishes ordered and few of my frnds didn’t eat non vegetarian dish. Least we expect is wear a smile while serving. Is it too much to ask? Also an important thing to mention is that they do not clean the tables or under table area properly, so there will be remnant of food pieces here and there. It will give you a uncleanliness feeling. Overall the entire food experience was very bad and evening mood was sour particularly because of the behavior of the staff. I will not recommend dining there at all. Give it a miss!
