Bad experience for dine in. No one greeting when the guests arrived. We weren’t sure where to seat. Severe with pepper plate. Obviously short of stuff. Food are okay, not impressed. Servers are not attentive. I am not recommended.
Came for the xiaolongbaos but ended up ordering more than we could consume. In general, everything was pretty authentic and the xlbs were unbelievably juicy. One thing I noticed, though. Food were served on regular plates/bowls/steamers but guests were giving plastic utensils and paper plates/bowls even for indoor diners. We all know that xiaolongbaos stick to paper so they break if not handled carefully on those cheap paper plates. Covid does NOT transmit via eating or food; if restaurant management is reading this review! Nothing can be transmitted using good porcelain washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Although the food is amazingly delicious and deserve 5-stars, I'd hate to contibute to a lot more trash just for a few good buns.
Wait staff does not speak english. Way too much MSG! The soup inside the dumpling is thick and heavy.
Shanghai flavor a bit on the sweet side
Delightful. Come for the dumplings, eat everything! Yum, yum. Best of all, got out for $22/person! Do wish they had beer though.
Super yummy. One of th best that I have had for Shanghai cusine.
This restaurant offers a lot of delicious authentic Chinese foods. I will surely visit this place again.
The food is excellent!
Dumplings are so delicious here.
Food is good, love the XiaoLongBao. This is Shanghai style cuisine (slightly sweetened Chinese food). Service is fast and table is available (the Fremont branch always have a long queue)Negatives: 1) the air conditioner doesn't work, and it was hot today, and I was sitting near the window. You can guess the experience. 2) no WiFi and Verizon has no coverage here. I should probably blame Verizon but the restaurant should providing WiFi to it's customers, especially since they already have WiFi for the POS machines. 3) parking is a bit challenging.
