My first time at the San Ramon Erik's. This location has ample seating & alot of natural light since it's the corner business at the strip mall it's in. Very clean & the staff was courteous & polite. The woman who took our order (sorry I didn't catch her name) was patient with my wife & I as we tried to remember what our usual order is. The sandwiches were made well, to Erik's premium deli standard! Definitely worth going out of our way to visit this location.
Such amazing sandwiches! Fairly priced and very yummy. This place is our go to! The owners and staff are very friendly, and the place is so big with plenty of tables to sit at. They even have gluten free bread :)
Nice, clean sandwich store with a good selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups. It's been a while since I have gone to an Erik's Deli. I am glad to have found one in San Ramon. Friendly staff and good sandwiches.
The soup was good and warm, but they pastrami sandwich didn't meet expectations.The bread was average, but they pastrami didn't taste like pastrami.I will not go back

Every single time I've visited this location the staff has ALWAYS been friendly, the dining area clear and the staff has gone out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. Always asking me with there is anything else I need. And as a BONUS, they carry the flavor of Ms. Vickie's chips that I LOVE, which is the original flavor! Thank you!! :-). I understand that they're under "New Management" now and so far, it's great!
