Bad customer services. If I could give a zero, I would have for my experience today. The store was empty with two helper behind the counter today when I walked in. I ordered a pineapple mango smoothies, which the first guy took his sweet time going to the back room to retrieve the mixer bowl. When he came out he asked again what flavor I wanted, and instead on MANGO pine apple, he told his buddy it is pineapple, and they both pushing back and forth on who would make it. By that time there is a line behind me, about 6 customers. So the 2nd guy prepared the ordered and let the machine ran, and went to help the 3rd customer, while the 1st guy took another smoothie order and quickly prepared, and cashier's for the 2nd order. There 3rd, 4th, 5th were also done at that time, the 2nd helper keep looking back at my smoothies but instead of finishing it, he went to help the 6th customers in store. The 1st guy saw me standing in front of his cashier waiting and asked what did I get. I waved my empty hands to him, and he asked me DID I ORDER? Told him yes, and he looked at the smoothie machine, shrugged then continue with the cashier charges for the rest of their customers. I asked them if I ever gonna be served, they acted as if they had no idea what my issue was about, so I left the storeWould not returned as this was not my first time dealing with rude helpers here at this store. Not surprised if they are going to close neither in this day and age
amazing in general !! staff are always really sweet and efficient, and it’s a great place to hangout with friends. the icecream has always been REALLY good, and the prices are pretty good aswell ! i totally recommend. <3
Honey Lavender! But Ice cream? Yeah, best invention ever.. reminds me of my "Lush" lavender body lotion products. My absolute #1 pick. Yup, Cold Stone Creamery is known to have "Seasonal Flavors" and that's what makes it the best Ice cream shop ever. ALWAYS craving. I'm super lucky to live 5 mins. away from the Downtown Disney location since LA is a bit of drive..
Ya there were ice chunks in my ice cream and staff took forever to make a simple ice cream with two mix ins. One of my mix ins was stale. Should've bought some trader joes ice cream from next to it, would've saved my wife and I 10 bucks.

I ordered founders favorite ice cream big size and the half of the cup was empty and they added French vanilla ice cream instead of sweet cream and I god small ice stones ?? I throw it right away
Open for business during COVID-19 Shelter in Place!!! Come and support local businesses! It didn't look open. They need an OPEN sign.You cannot enter without a mask. No samples. Worker was wearing a mask and gloves. Friendly service. He was patient with us as the kids decided on what they wanted to get. All flavors were available. The ice cream is just as fresh as before SIP. Lots of toppings.My daughter got a scoop of cake batter. Since no samples are given during COVID-19, she took a chance. She said it has a good cake batter flavor.My son got a Like It size of one of the special creations - Cookie Doughn't You Want Some®. IT WAS HUGE!!! And he said it was really good!Waiting for Cold Stone to come out with a keto friendly option. Please!!!!!

I enjoyed a Founders Edition ice cream in a dipped cone. Having it prepared to order is a great concept. Fast and friendly service and conveniently located store in the middle of the lot.
A very hip and happening place. Very famous amongst younger crowd. Always had an experience with professional and quick Cold Stone team members here. Ice cream, undoubtedly, is delicious! It's right there in the corner of Market Place and cannot be missed!
