Tasty chicken burrito bowl!
I would give this review a 0 star if I could but I ordered a burrito bowl and got food poisoning and threw up 8 times since I ate the bowl. Horrible food preparation.

This place is dirty. Old food on ding tables and floor. Old food on every surface in kitchen. Damn… I shouldn’t have eat’n here
Purchased two burritos today through Chiptole.com with double meat. When I got home I opened my bag and saw I had received the smallest burritos I've ever seen. These burritos were even super small for regular meat size portions. The burrito pictured is the bigger of the two. The small serving of salsa was as big as half of the whole burrito. This is what I get for $15 each. SO frustrated and still hungry.
Wasn't ad good as the Dublin location was out of stuff to. Very dirty tables if I was going to eat inside.
Ordered salad online was teribble, not fresh and a disaster ? ppl who work there do not take pride in what the public orders & eats! They can care less & its a reflection of management ?
If you eat at this Chipotle inside the Bishop shopping center in San Ramon, accept that fact you and your group will be get food poisoning and diarrhea.My family visits other locations and received same quality food but with cleaner, safer food practices and kind customer service.There was one person working the food line in addition to ringing up customers. He was by himself.He never changed his gloves after touching a dirty cash register.He touched and served the salad with his dirty gloves hand and dumped it on to our burrito bowl. Unlike the other food which had large serving spoons at each bin. I complained. He roughly tossed our drink cup across the counter too and did not do this to other customers.This poor fellow was by himself. Still there is no excuse for keeping safe food practices.When I was younger, I had to take a food safety class to get my serv safe certificate. This man needs to retake this class. This is why you hear a few Chipotle restaurants in the news geting food poisoning.To the Manager, Please retrain your staff of food safety. I think your location needs to improve. We are loyal Chipotle customers at other locations and had never had food issues in our 16 years at eating at Chipotle. Have a good day.
Ordered pickup online, my order was there on time but once I got home to eat, there was no chicken in my chicken bowl. I didn’t bother going back to fix it so I don’t know if they would’ve helped me.
Great food as always but slow today
