Most of the employees was very rude when we were ordering our food. One employee wasn't wearing a hair net, his hair was under the hat but you can still see the hair and everytime he would more his hair would move to. I don't know if his hair was in the food or not. The food was cold plus they said they were out of cheese. The line was all the way around the by the register. I just didn't like the why the employees didn't even says sorry for the wait. We has to wait until they had to finish the online order first. That is why I am not going to give any stars for service.
This location was super busy and looked to be short staffed but the crew was working their butts off to get every order filled. I appreciate their commitment to customer service. Keep up the good work.
I can't review the food because every time I come here, I have to walk out due to the long wait to get a simple burrito bowl. How are people waiting 10 plus minutes just to get already cooked food? Don't come here because you'll be waiting too long.
I would have given this place zero stars if I could. I frequently pick up food from Chipotle locations. This place was dirty (spilled food all over the counters) food looked pretty bad, service was really bad. They had few young kids (apparently their first day) with zero supervision. My food changed 5 hands before it made it to the cashier. Never again. You can definitely find better place than this place.
My goodness the place was clean!. The kids cranked out the food and it was delicious! Great place. Go! Over eat and enjoy!
Much better Chipotle than the one on Sunset Dr. I’ve been here or ordered pickup about 10 times and so far it’s been pretty consistent.
Online ordered. Pickup time is 6:20 but still waiting the food over 30 mins. But walk-in guys get their food super fast. Should not order online in this store.
The wait was terrible. The place was a mess! The man making the food appeared to hate his job.
I see other review a week back that says staff not wearing mask. No change after a week. I just went there and all three folks who were serving food had their mask half way thru down with nose exposed. Their gloves were messy and food was on the chipotle boxes. Medium hot salsa missing so went for mild which was very salty.
Staff not wearing masks above their nose. When i reminded young man about his mask being pulled down, he rolled his eyes at me and pulled the mask down 2 minutes later. Management needs to take safety of the food and customers more seriously.
