I don't think I've had a good experience here. Staff is usually overworked and in a hurry, but the food is always cold. The cost has never been worth the wait or the food
Lost the taste originally famous for. Meats were kind of so so and fries totally lost the flavour
I go to Carl's Jr. often. I love their egg and cheese, burrito breakfast and their breakfast burger for lunch. They are quick, efficient, and don't mind adding ketchup or subtracting something from the sandwich. This place is better than most fast food places I've been to for sure!
Came here at 3:00 on monday nov 8th and found the drive through window ajar, the open sign on and 3 cars in the lot but no one to be found. Hungry, and the next place is five miles away. Maybe at least wake up to take the irder and super un safe. If ibwas a xriminal id be getting away w whatever food i needed and then some! Really hope the owner sees this and realizez the pri lems here.
It was my first time here so it was slightly difficult to make a choice. I wanted something with vegetables. The lettuce added to my meal was fresh and crunchy that I loved and the fries were hot and crispy too. I will be back again and again for the chicken meals especially.
The San Ramon Carl's Jr. is a good one. They do the menu justice and they are fast a polite.
Food was EXCELLENT. BETTER THAN ANY CARL'S JR. I'VE HONE TO. But front cashier was awful. He acted like I was a transient begging for food, or something like that. Time I went in was about noonish. My advice is either straighten out the attitude, or get another job not dealing with people.

Workers have a nasty attitude. Not all of them. The price is to high almost 10$ for a burger I can take,5$ and buy some ground beef and 2$ for some bread. To expensive for my pocket oh no . The workers need more training on customer service
