Nit a lot of choices. They don't have options for sugar and ice quantities. And the drinks barely tasted like they got cheap on the ingredients quantity and quality wise. Not going back for sure.
Had three drinks and it was over $20. Kind of expensive for what we got. Mine was the Strawberry Matcha Latte which was three layers. Wasn't sure whether to mix it or drink each one separately? Anyway, lots of boba, so just ok.
Honestly garbage, at least the person that made our drinks… they were honestly terrible. I was expecting the drinks to be similar to the experience we had in SF, but it wasn’t, and far from it. The girls were super nice, have good customer service, so no issues with them, so she made me a drink, it was all coffee no milk and super watered down, asked about adding milk, no difference, basically gave me my same drink back, said nope, let me switch it to another drink, that one was garbage too. Watered down tea, no flavor. My sons girlfriends was not happy with her drink either. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT, please train your staff adequately on how to make boba guys drinks, because this was a horrible experience and makes me never want boba guys again, at least from this location. I called the number to complain and can’t get through or wrong number posted. I want a refund or a gift card so I can go to another location. We came in today.
Love the San Ramon location due to proximity to great food places. Also it’s the closest to my house factoring in traffic. I come here often during my lunch break to stock up on snacks as well for the week!
Dirty Banana Milk [banana milk with coffee 16 oz.] ($7.25 + $0.65)ive had a lot of korean banana milk but never with coffee and im shooken at how good it is! after trying so many milk teas, matcha, etc i really wanted to get something caffeinated so i decided to give this a try it's a slightly sweetened creamy mixture of the banana jam thats housemade. it also has slight texture - kinda like a topping paired with coffee and oat milk -- 10/10 would be one of my new favorite drinks from boba guys!fun fact its also vegan

good boba overall. not sure why this always happens but the workers ignore you pick up window on online orders. they make it right away so sometimes your drink is sitting there for half an hour and diluted by the time you pick up
Strawberry Mancha Green Tea... I'm basic af. They offer a lot of other great drinks that I have tried and some exclusives at select locations (San Carlos had a Japanese coke Boba or something) the staff here at this one is particularly friendly and the service is fast and most of all the location is bigger than the other one I tried which is fantastic.
This place is over hyped and overpriced. Went here in December of 2021 and again today on 1/29/2022.My husband's coworker suggested this place to him, despite the fact that we all live in Vegas.The first time I went was at night and right after we showed up, a line formed behind us out the door! I ordered a hot rose tea with no sugar and it was over brewed. I wasn't a fan so I kept stealing sips of my husband's drink (forgot what it was.)This time when we flew back to the Bay, my husband was adamant that we come back to Boba Guys. We ordered 2 large oolong milk teas, no sweetener and almond jelly (+$0.65) which came out to a little less than $14.The teas tasted like they were brewed for 15 seconds. If you want a $7 watered down milk with tasteless almond jelly, I guess order this.My husband admitted that he didn't know why he thought it was so good the last time but not this time, especially when it's more expensive than other boba places.
