Bagel is good, need improvement on the coffee...
Bad service, cold and unfriendly, impolite, messed up orders, too slow, obvious operational issues, kitchen is like keystone cops, coffee frequently runs out.We came here for decades and used to enjoy it but now three incidents in a row on top of numerous sporadic incidents is just getting to be too much.They are striking out, and they have never apologized or made any good faith concessions.So we will put this place on our avoid list since nearby Peet's, Philz, Sunrise and other competitors are abundant. We will take our hard-earned dollars where we are treated best.
Great bagels, fresh and good sizes
This was the most disorganized event for a simple bagel. It took 20 min. And the woman with the glasses was running around like a chicken with her head cut off and barking orders at everyone.They charged me the wrong oh t and had to refund and recharge.They don't write anything down and have no idea what is going on.I am honestly so frusted.The paintings are falling off the wall.
Employees here are absolute garbage. Worth the drive to Danville for the better Bagel Street.Expect your pick-up order to be ready 15 minutes after you arrive at this San Ramon location. Employees standing around talking instead of making food. I’ve seen the employees disrespect and ignore delivery drivers. It’s really pathetic, tbh.Takes 5x as long as the other Bagel Street, same food, same number of employees, same busy rush hours…Danville location is amazing, this San Ramon one isn’t worth the hassle.
Went in with my family for lunch and had the worst customer service experience ever. The two Hispanic women working the counter had horrible customer service. My family inquired about the lux (what ingredients it came with) and she was told to look at the pictures. When i went in to place my order i heard the younger Hispanic lady tell the older Hispanic lady that my family was lying and that she explained things correctly. It was then when i interrupted them and told them that they were wrong about how the events occurred. The i older Hispanic man working the counter was polite and tried to smooth things out but the older lady interrupted and stated that she was counseling the younger lady. I told her that it did not appear that she was. They were talking in Spanish and the younger Hispanic lady was just trash talking. I told them that if they were to counsel the young lady to do it somewhere were customers don't here then and cannot here and understand there conversation. The older lady's reply was that she would not be told what to do. I kindly requested that my order be cancelled add went somewhere where my business would be welcomed. I will never go back due to those ladies behavior and rudeness. They should have apologized instead of trying to argue with me. Over all ratting, they get 1 star.
Consistent quality ever since I started going 10 years ago! The chicken salad sandwich on a bagel is my favorite by far
Really good, homemade bagels in a variety of flavors. Breakfast sandwiches as well! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
