I've eaten delivery from here about 10 times. I bought 3 XL and 1 large for 13 people at a birthday party tonight. We ended the night with about 1 whole XL pizza leftover, and we gave the rest of the gluten-free pizza away to the person who needed GF.Everyone loved the pizza except someone who only likes cheese pizza! We didn't buy any cheese pizzas. The 1 large gluten free pizza was great too.The pizzas were tasty. The crust is crispy, and the pizza has enough strength to not flop over. The meat is pretty great too, but maybe it's a little salty. The cheese and sauce taste great too. Maybe an 8.3/10. I'm not Barstool pizza review, but I think these guys are really great for pizza in San Rafael, and you should try them out.
I don’t ever leave negative reviews but unfortunately I feel I have to in this case. The pizza from this place used to be great New York style pizza. Now it’s not. Ordered a large Margherita pizza for delivery that I found left on the shoe rack beside my front door 10 minutes after I realized it was supposed to have come already. No knock on the door or phone call. The pizza came out very thick, not cut properly and made me feel quite sick after. The next day my partner ate the rest and very quickly became actually physically ill. We’ve ordered from this place before and liked it so I’m not sure what’s happened.
The pizza has changed. It is not as good as it was 5-10 years ago. The customer service is awesome and unfortunately the rating is based on the quality and price. The crust is mushy and the cheese makes the pizza watery. Hopefully they can get a handle on that coming from a true Italian New Yorker.
Love this place!! Honestly the best pizza ever, the texture of the pizza is right on point! I can never go wrong with any order there, my favorite lunch place by FAR. Will definitely be coming back!! Found this place because of its socials btw. Mostly instagram though because of the updates on it!!

This place is not great. It's unfortunate because everyone working here is really lovely but the pizza has a lot of technical flaws. They use good cheese (Grande) and decent pepperoni but rather then cooking it directly in the oven they use a screen and it results in a very very soggy pizza that doesn't hold together
Disappointed with the pizza. I think it's new owners. The service was not that great for being a pizza place. The sandwiches were excellent. This is why I gave them 4 stars instead of three.
After reading reviews, I took my HS basketball team here & we were not disappointed! The store front was dim & without the neon OPEN sign I would have thought it was closed but once inside the service was prompt & friendly. We got our food pretty quickly & enjoyed the football game on the Big screen TV. The pizza was excellent & like NY pizza I had years ago. The wings were also excellent & everyone in the group would gladly have returned if we had another night in San Rafael. Highly recommend!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by very friendly staff. The staff were not only friendly but they were very competent and hardworking. During the wait, I was constantly asked how I was doing and getting an update on my pizza. When the pizza finally arrived, the aroma of the pizza was mouthwatering, I got the Italian Pizza and it was absolutely delicious. My new pizza spot, everyone needs to try it!
I miss my small family. I have to make time to visit Byron and Claudia soon and enjoy a pasta meal and beverage and catch-up with good conversation..
