We got a gluten free pizza on Sunday night, way overcooked, actually burned on the edges, disappointing as we have heard only good reviews from family about your pizzas. We’ll likely go back to your competitors next time.

They cannot get an order right to save there lives! 8 out of 10 times it's been wrong. My wife has called them and told them they have to shape up several times. I've called them several times and expressed my disappointment. We ordered over the phone. How hard is it to make a pizza? Come on! Taking our business elsewhere and it's not going to be Redboy.
Excellent pizza. Thin crust, crispy on the bottom, it greasy, just just the right amount of cheese. Vert similar to New York style. The best you’re gonna find in Marin.Excellent service- called in a large order at 11am and it was delivered right on time perfectly at 7:15!!!Will order again.
TLDR: Operations difficulties (errors in pizza, closing before time while still allowing online orders to go through, poor communication). Poor mask hygiene by an employee. Not a comforting thought for a small, hot building with people making food for the public during a pandemic.Hands down best pizza in San Rafael (5 stars for pizza taste). Day to day operations lately has been rough. Ordered a pizza online for delivery and nobody showed up, nobody contacted. Sat outside my apartment waiting for 45 minutes thinking the driver got lost. Tried calling and no one picked up. No one contacted me the next day. Had to go in person. It’s a pandemic, things happen, and I can imagine it’s rough owning a business right now so didn’t hold it against them, just asked for a refund and ordered a pizza to go.Bummed out that tonight had another set of mishaps, though it looked like the workers were young so I wanted to give them a break (no salt in the pizza dough and left me waiting on the phone line) The mask issue is too much. Loosely wearing a mask below your nose and with a poor mouth seal isn’t going to do much to protect yourself or others. If they need new masks, I’m happy to donate some. Secure fit by having a nice seal covering around nose and under chin. If straps are too long, you can twist them a few times, or better still replace the mask.

Simple, Delicious and full of flavor!
Came here for a no-worry New Year's Eve meal, and we were not disappointed. The wait was longer than usual, about 45 minutes, but good news for them! We ordered a 3 topping with pesto sauce, extra cheese and artichoke hearts, and a chicken BBQ pizza (barbecue sauce, chicken, onions & green onions). Both are on our go-to short list and very delicious. The thin crust is particularly a nice break from others' thicker crusts, which we like as well, but just wanted toppings this time! LOL If you haven't tried them, check them out. Their garlic pesto bread and sandwiches are worth trying as well. And customer service is very good to boot!
