Staff was so friendly, but that's about it. I waited for 15 minutes for our drinks. I ordered my cold brew with white chocolate and a little half and half with cold foam on top. Unfortunately I didn't taste it until I got down the road. There was no white chocolate in it, and they put whipped cream on instead of cold foam. Now I have a useless cup of expensive coffee and I'm sad.

They spelt my name wrong
Staff is rude unprofessional. Everyone had to wait for more than 15 minutes but another Target employee approached the stand and got coffee cutting the line. I wonder why this type of favors are allowed in this Starbucks. Afaik no other Starbucks allows that. When I asked the barista why the other employee was served without standing in the line she was rude and disrespectful. She just gave me a look and asked how may I help you sir. Extremely disappointed ?
Great service but a ridiculous policy of no tipping. What's wrong with helping young people have a little extra money aside from their paltry salaries? Total corporate bull....
Drinks were made good and staff friendly. However twice I went in and found bugs and flys in the food compartment. Really lost my appetite.
