I had a very bad experience ordering delivery from Northgate One Round Table Pizza in the 94903 are of San Rafael.Apparently, I got a call center, and I had a bad connection and the girl who took the call had a very thick irritating accent that was hard to understand and really couldn't do her job. She said her name is Ize. The order was almost complete, and I asked to talk to a supervisor, so she cancelled the order.The supervisor was one of the worst employees I have ever talked to and couldn't get anything correct I told him. So, I hung up. He said his name is Aliae. He was the absolute worst. I recommend not calling for delivery from them. It was a very, very bad experience.
It took them 1.5 hour to make the delivery. The food arrived cold. It’s waste of time and money.
If I could give no stars for this location I would. Ordered $62 worth of pizza last week and pizza had no sauce or pep on it. Clearly had a bubble during cooking and cook popped and served it to us. My wife called and talked to a male who said they would credit us on next order. Fast-forward to tonight. Wife called and talked to Katrina who denied our credit only offering 20% discount instead ?. I spend way too much money at this location for this type of service. STAY AWAY from this location and take the the trip to get it from a professional store at 4th Street. Never will I spend another dollar at this location.
After getting caught in the rain on my bike, I just wanted something warm to eat before making the 60 mile ride home. And Northgate round table hit the spot. The order was done perfect, it was done quick, they’re following all safety guidelines, and was delicious. The guy at the register was very polite, courteous, and took care of me. I’d recommend Northgate round table for all your good food needs.
My online order was ready just as I arrived to pick up which was about 20 min. Staff were friendly, energetic, and professional. My food was prepared exactly as ordered and was very good.
Our local Round Table always delivers! I’ve had to order in advance a couple of times for parties and each time my order was hot and ready when I arrived. And the folks who helped me each time were very pleasant! Plus the pizza was tasty! Just like I remember when I was a kid.
This was my first time ordering Round Table at this location. I am beyond pleased with my pizza. Lots of toppings and perfect on every bite!!!? This is my go to for all future pizza orders. Thank you ?
