Food is great. But the delivery is too often wrong. I'm diabetic and we don't eat shrimp. So they delivered us sprite and shrimp noodles.I feel sorry for Nathalie, who received our $70 order.

The delivery was delayed. The food was average. I woke up the next day sick but there is a stomach bug going around so I'm unsure if it was the food or not.

I dined-in for a quick meal at this Chinese restaurant for the 1st time. They didn't have the dish I wanted, so I ordered Combination Chow Fun. They didn't have the 'Chow Fun' noodles for some reason, which was odd since it's a very basic Chinese noodle, so I ordered Chow Mein instead.The Chow Mein was adequate, but rather pricey for such a basic dish. I've had much better Chow Mein at other restaurants for a lot less $$.Suffice it to say, I won't be coming back to eat here.

The food was not good at all bthe items from the combination platter tasted like they were from the frozen section and the food wasn't well seasoned. The fried rice was just ok.

Ping’s Restaurant has very poor customer service. I placed an order for three items and forgot to include one of the times. I called to inform them that the item as missing and they questioned if I was sure that the item was missing. They agreed to prepare the missing item and I went to pick up the item. I received 6 calls from them asking if I was on the way to pick up the food because they were about to close. Regardless of the time they close if they made the mistake of forgetting something from an order they are bound to wait patiently and professionally until I arrive to pick up. This did not happen, they were rude and practically threw the food at me when I had arrived. This restaurant does not deserve the rating that it currently has because it honestly does not l take care of their customer and rectify the mistakes it has made. You’re better off going to Ping’s next to the Safeway at Terra Linda. They do know how to take care of their customers.

This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I couldn't believe it when I saw the pot stickers. They were dried up and shriveled - looked like they were from a frozen package. The Sweet and Sour chicken was disgusting. The fried rice was pretty much the only thing we could eat.

TV! Charred to perfection. Veggies never over cooked drool.

Used to be my and partners favorite place! Same management but other employee lacking. Doesn't speak English very well and is very uppity when trying to place order. Impatient and just rushes off without really understanding. And when you get wrong order, says it's your fault. Owner still awesome but just lost a customer. Friend doesn't ever want food from them again. Sad

Waited over an hour for food, and the person at the cashier argued with us about our order telling us we order stuff we didn’t. When we finally got our food it was the completely wrong order. They remade it and gave it to us again but the order was still wrong. What was supposed to be gluten free was made with wheat noodles and a dish requested to be make without egg had a ton of egg in it. Do not recommend if you have any dietary restrictions or if you want good service. Terrible experience.

I ordered some food through grubhub and was told the restaurant would deliver it themselves. I order at 12:40pm and was told I would get it between 1:40pm - 1:50pm. I didn't get any notification saying my order was running late so.i waited patiently. It's now 2:45 pm and I still don't have my order. So I called or tried calling the restaurant about 3 times and they didn't pick up. Finally went on Grubb and chatted with a nice lady who was able to reach the restaurantThey had the audacity to tell her they couldn't complete the order so they'll have to cancel it. I.legit was starving for hours and they didn't call or text me that I wasn't gonna get my ducking Food like what the hell?
