Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and walked away with only one. They made my second drink and let it sit and sit. I was late for an appointment and politely asked them to just pour that already made drink into a cup, so I could go. They ignored me and let the drink just sit and get cold. I had to leave WITHOUT the drink I paid for, not to miss my appointment. Terrible. Shame on them. They owe me my money back, but I'd rather just never go back.
5 stars for the drip coffee that’s consistently strong and has a bold flavor. The staff is really friendly as well and it’s conveniently located just minutes off the 101

A worthy alternative to Starbucks. Good selection of brews and choice of bakery items. Buy grounds or beans for home brewing. Convenient to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods and Asian Market
