Please don’t eat here. The general manager is horrible at quality control and has switched from fresh bread to frozen bread. I don’t think they even tell you the truth either.
Love Panera sandwiches. Friendly service. Clean indoor and outdoor dining.
The pizza was very dry and the cinnamon rolls tasted like they had citrus in them. The salad was ok. Plus is that if you can find a pastry you like, at the end of the night they are all fifty percent off. My family love their sandwiches.
App awful -- regularly malfunctions, said food is sold out when it's not and says food is available when it's sold out, employees too busy talking to each other to serve customers who order online. There's a huge disconnect between the online orders and in person service

ZERO stars if I could.Ordered half sandwich, half salad, soup, drink and a Danish. Went to fill up Sierra mist with splash of pink tea, and three GNATS flew in my drink (or were already in the pink tea). Told the manager, got a new cup. Went home with to-go order and there was NO half sandwich. Drove all the back, they gave me a full sandwich, came home and THERE WAS A HAIR IN IT!The only other time I went to THIS Panera years ago, I got a mozzarella/tomato/basil sandwich and they gave me my sandwich, same thing - went home, went all the way back because they forgot basil, just to have them tell me THEY WERE OUT!Never again. It's to bad because my boyfriend loves Panera. He said he will not be a customer of theirs any longer.
My sandwich was almost meatless
No complaints about the food. Just that the tables inside and eating area outside were really dirty. Food and stuff lying on the floor and tables were not cleaned. Flies outside were a nuisance.
Everytime I go the Short Hispanic guy on the line ( I should’ve got his name ) gives me a hard time about simple things like utensils or extra dressing. His approach is very dismissive, rude and unprofessional definitely my least favorite Panera Bread to go to in the Bay area !
