I ordered a orange chicken and white rice plate. The orange chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a long time and was not hot. The white rice was clumpy. I also got a glass bottle of sprite that was supposed to be sitting in ice but it all had melted. It was room temperature. I also ordered a bowl and asked for more honey walnut shrimp. They said they could only give 7 pieces even though there was still room in the bowl. It was $1.25 extra for the honey walnut shrimp “premium entree”.
If I could give it 0 stars I could the food is good enough but they are always out of options or the food is a wait. This store needs new management really really bad been coming here since highschool there’s always a line because the employees are so slow and poorly trained often times the manager is seen through the back doorway also doing nothing when they are completely out of orange chicken. I like Panda Express but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever seen, go to the one in Novato or Marin city.
This Panda in San Rafael Ca. Never give you the sauces that come with the teriyaki chicken or the crab raccoons.
The food 100% garbage, it’s so obvious they reheat the left over that they didn’t sold the day before and put out for sale again. Run and hide from this location
Went in to get some food. Customer standing in line with dog. Dog curious, sniffing other customers, barked. I mentioned to employee that only support dogs should be in a restaurant. He chuckled. I left and won't be coming back!

They didn't have terijaki or Orange chicken ready. Waited 15mins for it. Then portioning was poor. They gave us a very small portion. They got a long line cause of they're unprepareness.

Very greasy food bad and super ? servise.I took me 35 minutes to get service, I like ? Panda but not this place. I do not recommend it.
