Very disappointed in the food quality and delay of service. And all I ordered was a Happy Meal Hamburger. Since I had to sit so long behind some lady, I requested hot fries. The guy said they were hot, but when I drove off EVERYTTHING was cold. I was on my way to SF, so i couldn't turn back. The oil that the fries were cooked in turned my stomach and I almost had to pull over and hurl. I'll never stop at this McDonald's again. I was there around 9:50 pm on a Sunday night.
Ordered egg mc muffin no cheese. Received sausage mc muffin minus egg. Repeated order twice apparently order taker was not paying ATTENTION! Not the first time that has happened. Not going back there ever again.
If I can leave a 0 star review I would. I have been going to the same McDonald’s since the early 90’s. Within the last decade, the service has been poor and the employees can’t seem to get orders correct. McDonald’s, please retrain your employees and get new management. There are a few employees in the p.m shift that need to get fired. The manager is rude and unprofessional. This will be my last time supporting my local McDonald’s! Sorry Ronald McDonald.

App didn't work for points. The scanner couldn't read my phone for code. Credit card reader wasn't working, so had to pay at counter. Quarter pounder with chesse was dry. Had to go to Ace Hardware, which is right next door, so it was a convenient lunch.
Dine in facility was not available when we had visited. Nice place
Close whenever they want and still able to order on the app even if they’re closed. Always mess up my order and act oblivious at the window.

Well, y'know. It's a McDonald's. Stopped here because A&W across the street was packed. So, yeah 3 stars because there's nothing like that 3 star feeling you get when you couldn't have what you actually wanted for dinner and had to settle for McDonald's. Thanks for the good customer service though. ?
Messed up my order 3 times in a row. Came at 6 am. They don't know basic or some English at least so we can understand each other. They just assume we're all Spanish.
